Amazing food at Roganic yesterday. Loved the concept of farm to fork and the in house hydroponics. The food taste and looked fantastic. The dairy free substitutions were as good as if not better than the original version. Our host Antonio was attentive, a great chat and make us feel comfortable. He had a great knowledge of the wines, and he recommended two that were excellent. It was a such a pleasent evening, made special from the fact that Roganic is closing his doors in Sino Plaza to reopen elsewhere at the end of the year.

We booked the private room for a team lunch to celebrate a birthday. The room was beautiful and even had 2 attached bathrooms. The set lunch was great value for exquisite food. Everything was cooked and plated so beautifully. The bread and butter were so good, we asked for second helpings! We did the wine pairings and it was excellent. Service was professional and warm at the same time. They let us stay past their lunch closing time to finish a bottle of wine, which was really appreciated by us.

I recently experienced the long tasting menu at Roganic with a group of five. The tasting menu, priced at $1298 per person including the 10% service fee, showcased a compilation of Roganic's best dishes over the years before their upcoming move. The majority of the dishes were exceptional, introducing unique flavors that left a lasting impression.

While the overall dining experience was worth trying at this price point, I might reconsider returning unless the cost per person hovers around $1100 after the service fee. The majority of dishes exceeded expectations, offering delightful surprises for the palate.

On the downside, a few dishes fell short. The duck breast, although well-cooked, had an overpowering taste that masked the unique sauces' flavors, which I was eager to savor. Similarly, the dessert featuring burnt milk and ice cream lacked consistency in portion sizes. While four of us received meager amounts of ice cream, one diner was served a portion smaller than a ping-pong ball. Quality control should be improved to ensure a more consistent dining experience.

Service at Roganic was as expected from a Michelin-starred establishment, although there were minor hiccups in communication among the staff, leading to delays in serving the courses. Despite the courteous apologies from the waitstaff, our dining experience stretched from 8:45 to 10:30.

In conclusion, Roganic's tasting menu offers a commendable culinary journey with standout dishes and room for improvement in consistency and service efficiency.

Came in for the lunch menu—superb. I wanted to try Roganic before it moves to its new location. I think I’ll be back for at least one of the “Best Of” menus before it does. Wow, so good! And quite affordable for the level of care and excellence.
