I recently visited Louise restaurant, and I had a great experience! The decor is really nice, and the vibes are relaxed, especially when sitting on the balcony. I tried the famous roasted yellow chicken with Niigata rice, and it was superb – the crispy chicken skin mixed with the rice was delicious. The onion tart was also very good. However, I found the angel hair with caviar to be just okay. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I enjoyed my time there.
