Satisfied Chinese foods in the taste, quality, portions and services.Every dish is delicious and in right portion, particularly the smoked goose and steamed crab are my favourite. Services are great yet attentive.

Just had some of the best Chinese food ever in Hong Kong! Totally worth the flight. I was lucky that my friend spent a year trying to get a reservation, and we finally made it. Every dish was incredible, and I wish I could book another reservation to try even more. There were four of us, and we might have ordered one dish too many, but honestly, I'd do it again because everything was just that good. 🍜✈️🥢

My most favorite dish was the flowery crab—perfectly cooked, sweet, and easy to peel. 🦀 The sauce for the grouper was amazing; I wanted to have it with rice, but I was too full! The pork belly with preserved mustard greens and fermented black beans was so flavorful, I wish I could have it as a snack every day.

I can't wait to go back and explore more dishes. This place is a must-visit for any food lover!

Amazing experience, everything is out of my expectation. Though, it’s really hard to make a reservation, it absolutely worths the flight. I guess I will never find a place like the Chairman, which provides outstanding cuisines.

The food and service were good and given its prestige and location, I would say it was worth the price tag. But. The process of booking and needing to pre-order the whole menu were so troublesome, I thought it was simply ridiculous. It's good, but not THAT good.
(Also, I was quite disappointed in one of the dishes, they over did it with ginger that I couldn't taste the ingredients.)
