Most likely you'll spend some time waiting for a table. It's better during weekdays. You'll wait much longer during the weekend. So plan accordingly.

It's pretty busy inside. Most likely you'll be seated with someone else no matter whether you're alone or with someone. However it's not a fine dining place.

Good noodles. Served fast. Tastes good. You control the spice level yourself.

It's a Michelin place, but don't expect way too much. Michelin doesn't mean you'll die here from excitement. Anyway, the quality is pretty good. Been here twice. Will visit again.

The shop is small and simple, but the food comes out very quickly. Even though the restaurant isn’t big, it’s always busy. People start lining up as soon as it opens, and in the evening, the queue gets really long.

The best dish here is the King Prawn Wonton Noodles🍤. The wontons are full of tasty prawns, and the noodles are perfectly cooked. The soup is flavorful, light, and very easy to enjoy

A very busy place but the line moves quickly.
Fish ball and the prawn dumplings were great. So do the noodles.
Price is not that cheap given the small serving but overall food prices in HK are expensive.
Worth trying if you are nearby.
Beware of sitting in tight places and maybe sharing a table with strangers.

Randomly wandered across this wonton noodle place in Central and didn't realize it was such a big deal! The line outside did suggest that there was something worth eating here, so we decided to queue. The line is quite fast and I enjoyed the no-frills menu which made it easy to order. We ordered the King Prawn Wonton Noodle (HKD40) and Three Topping Noodle (52HKD). The price is fair for the portions, which are not huge. The bowl is small but packed to the brim with noodles and toppings. The Prawn Wonton, Minced Fish Ball and Sliced Beef toppings in the three-topping noodle were generous and tasty. The chili oil on the table is quite strong and the bowls are quite small, so caution to not be too heavy handed with it!

We were in and out in under 10 minutes as it's quite fast paced. I had no concern with that as the service is friendly and the food is fast. I'd reccommend for sure.

A very popular noodle soup shop in Central Hong Kong which can be found on the Michelin guide recommendations. The staff are reasonable enough by HK standards and restaurant is otherwise clean but it can be a little cramped.

Soup: S, 8/10. Fairly ordinary but savoury enough to compliment the rest.
Value: S, 8/10. $52 is not bad
