Absolutely phenomenal meal. We arrived on a Thursday around 4pm and luckily were seated right away. The roasted goose has a nice texture with crunchy skin and moist meat. The steamed chicken was cooked perfectly and the ginger scallion sauce paired really well with it. The roasted pork was also very tasty.

Finally back after a few years. The roast goose is still as good. Crispy skin and not overly fat under. Nice roast flavour without the overly burnt smell. Meat is juicy and tender. It didn’t disappoint. And the red carpet is less “soaking wet” as i remembered. :)

We arrived early and joined the queue before the restaurant opened. Even so, there were already three groups ahead of us! Luckily, we were among the first to enter when the doors opened.

We tried several recommended dishes, including:
•	Roast Goose: Crispy skin, tender meat, and perfectly seasoned.
•	Char Siu: Sweet and savory BBQ pork.
•	Roast Goose Noodles: Flavorful broth with tender goose slices.
•	Roast Goose with Rice: A simple yet delicious combination.

The Roast Goose was absolutely amazing! It was my first time trying goose, and I can confidently say it was worth the wait.

The restaurant is small, with a simple, no-frills design. It’s all about quick dining, but the flavors make it a must-visit spot for anyone in Hong Kong.

Michelin star restaurant because of its roast goose. Ordered half. £35. Crazy price. Salty and dry. Other rice dishes were small portion for its price. Less than a bowl of rice on the plate. Tourist trap and milking it because of its status. Table sharing and cramped. Service was a dismal. Go for the hype but nothing else.

The yellow dry goose noodles were extremely salty. I'm Asian and I eat these noodles on a regular basis so trust me when I say that it was abnormally salty to the point of being inedible. The goose was great! But frankly as someone who doesn't eat goose regularly, if I had a blind taste test between regular duck and this goose meat, duck will still win hands down. I must concede that the skin was extremely well done though. The shop is small and very cramped but if you have the right number of people in your group you may be able to jump the queue. Be sure to make your way out of the shop expediently or the shop lady will grab your arm with her claw hands and drag you out. It's more expensive than I would pay.
