This placed lived up to its Michelin star awards. We enjoyed both the noodles and the congee. The happy hour deal was good value for money and just the right portion for small eaters. The place is clean, bright and comfortable. The service is prompt and agile to adjust seating arrangements when required. Highly recommended.

Was here twice  for the last 3 days. The wanton noodles and the prawn wanton is great.

Tried the porl liver woth scallops, those used to Malaysia or singapore  style pork liver will mpt like it. It is very thick and soft. No blood at all.

The waitress  was very helpful  assist  us in ordering and bear in mind the waiter  in HK Is not we use to in  Singapore  Or Malaysia. Bear with it.

Overall  food, service and environmental  is good, definitely  will come back again.

This place deserves 6 stars! Amazing congee at affordable prices given the high quality food and customer service. Truly "trustworthy" just like the Chinese name of the restaurant.

Food. We ordered the famous pig liver and scallops congee, pig intestine congee paired with a deep fried dough stick. The pig liver was cooked just right and the scallops were sweet. The dough stick was done just right too. Crispy and light.
We also had the HK rice rolls with peanut and sweet sauce was excellent as the sauces were rich and flavorful, and the rice rolls were smooth.
The glutinous rice dumpling had a tasty salted egg yolk with melt-in-the-mouth fatty pork and green bean filling.

All these delicious dishes for HKD200+. I can see why this shop has earned its Michelin accolades every year since 2011. Truly worthy and very delicious with perfect execution. Much better than many higher priced 3 star Michelin restaurants we evaluated during this Dec trip.

Good service always makes good food much better! Kudos to the service team who can speak English, Chinese and Cantonese. Awesome. Keep it up, folks!

Michelin guide since 2011-2014 guarantee the taste. I love beef noodle set with salty sticky salty congee $88. Regret came alone, can't order Mee and Congee on the same time. Soup taste like smooth crab match with mee mix chill oil. Love this restaurant👍
