The black pearl tasting menu was a truly mind-blowing sit-down meal.  Every single bite was a testament to the refined taste and culinary skill. The generous portions only added to the experience of this Michelin-star worthy food.  Blown away by the complexity of flavors and textures.  Definitely worth the calories and every penny. This level of quality deserves all the stars it gets! ✨I would like to mention Mr Noble Li, who attended to us. He was also the experienced sommelier who conducted the complimentary wine tasting which was part of the stay at Cordis. The experience at Ming Court was unforgettable!

We were invited for dinner at this restaurant. They recommended us as the typical Cantonese cuisine which we really enjoyed. Our friends ordered the plates and all were great. Very good quality of ingredients and very delicious plates. Nice atmosphere. We definitely come back when we ll be again in Hong Kong.

We tried the Michelin Degustation menu and it was definitely worth the visit! The set has a combination of cantonese and fusion dishes, and the portion has been designed just right so you wouldn’t get too full towards the end of the course. The restaurant vibe is great and service was attentive.

We went here for the famous lunch menu. They have 2 lunch courses you can do for the michielin experience.  The 4 course meal is more dim sum based. The 5 course meal has a meat base and a dessert.  The atmosphere is awesome and clean and well light. It is a bit more wide open than other upscale restaurants and michielin experiences we have had so far. We also had to wait very long for the initial service.  We waited very long just to get a water order and we were the very 1st reservation of the day. Once it picked up the service pi cked more also. There were slme great pieces in the 5 course meal. The chilled beef was a great choice. The soup course was also great. The lobster dumplings were a hit also but not on the coursed menu. We also added a roasted pigeon...I will just say interesting and leave it at that. We also ordered several fried rice options which were good also. The red bean dessert was a unique flavor and a soup...very unique dessert choice. The price for the lunch course is under 100 bucks per person and very affordable for a michielin 1 star experience.  If you are in hong kong you should for sure check this place out!

I rarely review in Google, except this time. My wife and I just celebrated our wedding anniversary with a wine pairing crab (大閘蟹)dinner at Ming Court. The dishes were well curated and delicious. Service was immaculate and the staff were attentive. I would especially like to commend the Assistant Manager, Noble Li as well as his colleague Alan, where both rendered an immaculate service and demonstrated the traditional high level Hong Kong hospitality service to us. A big kudos to Noble, Alan and the team! We will definitely come back to Ming Court again for sure!
