I don't even have the words for this heavenly experience.
Such a unique environment and concept. The combination of Indian and Japanese cuisines in the most sophisticated and elegant form.

I'll start from the beginning,
the place is designed in a calming manner for your senses, so soothing and inviting, yet modern at the same time.

The staff... wow.
I have never had such a kind and welcoming experience like that – the service felt so genuine!
They don’t overwhelm you with the high quality and elegance of the restaurant but give you the most down-to-earth treatment while making you feel like the most important person in the room.

Now, the food.
I would never have thought of the combination of Indian and Japanese cuisines, but the results speak for themselves.
The delicacy of the Japanese kitchen touched by the aromas of Indian spices is uncanny.

For anyone in Delhi, I would recommend this place a million times.

And special gratitude to the manager at the time, Anuradha, who was so kind that I felt like I had gained a friend. 🧡

Excellent service at Inja. The food is interesting and undeniably delicious. The use of mustard oil and other very indian ingredients and techniques makes some of the dishes unexpected, albeit tasty, which was a very good thing. The service team made some great recommendations and explained everything really well. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the space is ambient and warm. Overall a 5 star experience!

One of the best places for fine dining! The staff is well prepared and informed about what recommendations to help us with and they guide very well. Their hospitality was excellent as they were responsive, kind and prompt in their service. The dishes and drinks curated by award winning chef and mixologist sets this place apart! Food was beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. Indeed worthy of all the accolades! Jennifer was our services staff :) ask for her she is amazing!

The fusion of Indian and Japanese flavours was impressive. I liked the service and steward's description of the dishes. I recommend the dining experience. But the portion size was adequate just for tasting. I would have preferred to be given a bigger table as it felt quite tight. I wish there were more variety for non-alcoholic beverages. I enjoyed the dessert but it was steep and wasn't even listed on their menu.

It was an amazing experience. We had the banarasi chaat, palak paneer sarada, stuffed morel, tantamen ramen, chicken keema and all the dishes were really good. The stuffed morel was our favorite and pairs perfectly with the freshness of the radish. The banarasi chaat is truly an experience. We also had two cocktails - bouquet and the sake sangria. Loved both but the bouquet stood out for us. You can definitely taste subtleness of the misti doi flavor. Our servers were amazing - Neha and Anan. Both of them were really helpful in explaining about the food and made the experience more meaningful for us. So definitely a big shout out to them!
