Overall, I believe the taste of food and quality of cheeses used can improve at Gustoso. Here's my review of the 3 dishes I ordered.

1. The Veggie Pizza: Crust was excellent and authentic. However, the taste of the cheese was missing. Also, the base was moist. I'd want to try more pizzas here, though. Upon request, they give chili oil and parmesan as well.

2. Mushroom Risotto: This was the biggest disappointment. The consistency and texture of the sauce of the risotto was missing, and it overall lacked seasoning and flavor. It was just doused in oil, which didn't help much.

3. Tiramisu (had on a prior visit): This was  good, and I will order again.

Service: This needs improvement. They only refilled my glass with water when asked. They need to be more proactive in filling glasses with water. Also no one came to ask on my experience with the food. Staff is polite though.

Ambience: Dimly lit. The bathroom door needs better signage.

I may skip this place in the future as it's not value for money. 2k for just pizza and risotto that were not up to the mark.

Gustoso serves some of the best authentic Italian pizzas I’ve ever tasted. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and generously portioned. Their dessert options like Tiramisu and Gelatos are a must try as well. The staff were friendly and attentive, I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning soon!

The most authentic Italian restaurant in SoBo. Food is delicious and the ingredients used are genuine. Awesome menu with great service makes it a must visit place. Only con is its little expensive.

We ate here two nights in a row. On February 14th, we booked ahead and got a great table (the restaurant has several rooms, which you pass through to visit the bathroom, and our room definitely "fit" us best!) we had a bottle of wine (great, but expensive!) and three courses. The grilled veggie starter I didn't touch as it came sprinkled in garlic, which was not mentioned on the menu. I had a rucola and parmesan salad, sadly the parmesan was the type that comes ready grated in a tub. For main we both got the homemade ravioli. It was OK, but the sweetness (brown sugar? jaggery?) was a little off-putting. The tiramisu was excellent. Service was great, unobtrusive and subtle. The next night, without a reservation, we sat at the bar. It was great to watch to watch the cocktail waiters mixing it up. We drank bottled beer and ordered Neapolitan pizzas. The pizza was excellent. Our bill was 1/4 of the previous night!

Happened to walk-in to this seemingly little looking restaurant which at first gave me train type feels, as it is long restaurant (the seating and space of Gustoso is length wise). This is possibly a Bombay thing. But once we sat at our little corner table it felt like a warm, cozy space with a fancy yet comfortable vibe. The place is beautifully and minimalistic-ally done and has a bigger dinning space towards the end (I think it is the smoking space).
We ordered all vegetarian dishes - a pizza, arancini balls and another starter whose name I cannot recall. All the dishes were delicious and served in decent time. All were fresh and it sort of justify the price of the same. Most dishes here cost upwards of 700-800. While we didn't order any beverages our bill was around 2500/-. This place is a must go for Italian food lovers (who want to enjoy a meal without an overdose of cheese).

This place is located in a corner on the main road (at least that's why it was when I last visited). Despite being a pricey place it was packed and I suggest you do a reservation and visit the place. The place was packed with family, couples, young and old alike.
