To summarise: the food was alright, service was ok and the ambience was not too bad. Not sure what the hype is all about for this place.
The cost of the bill is attached at the end for reference.

We ordered the following:

Nachos: nothing exceptional, we tried to order the guac dip on the side and even after mentioning it twice, it never came. poor service.

Chicken Ceaser Salad: on point, the dressing was amazing.

Paneer chilli: I expected it to be a little more spicy and flavourful than it actually was.

Dim sum ghaas poos: felt like a street style spring roll but the dipping sauces were really good.

Fire cracker chicken: this impressed us all as it had a unique flavour.

Herb chicken: lacked marination and was too chewy. The aioli dip was tasty and thick.

Virgin mojito and masala soda were alright but we loved the "dil maange more" specially the aam papad on the top made the day for us.

Hitch ki is value for money, but I found the menu very extensive, you have to spend more than 15 minutes to go through the entire menu. They are serving north & south Indian food, thai Chinese etc. Adds lot of confusion.
Cocktails are on the sweeter side while the food is good but you have to mention your spice limit. Dessert needs definitely an improvement.
Wait staff need better training.

I don’t know what has happened to the classy Hitcki, because there was nothing good here. The atmosphere and vibe were like a local bar, which I can ignore for once. But the service! Oh god! The servers were rude, and lost most of the time. I had to ask water 6 times before getting one glass, and that too after an hour of arrival. They gave us food, but forgot to give us cutlery! I would understand this behaviour if they were understaffed and overcrowded, but it was neither. Now coming to food, its average, some are good, some missed the mark. Honestly, go to some local bar and save some bucks for yourself.

I recently visited this restaurant, and while the vibe was great and the DJ was playing excellent music, the overall experience left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the food took an awfully long time to arrive, and the service was quite poor. Our order was mixed up; instead of the veg pink sauce pasta we requested, we received chicken pink sauce pasta. This led to an unfortunate incident where one of my Jain friends accidentally consumed it, which was a terrible experience for us.
To their credit, the manager did apologize for the mistake, but it certainly impacted our enjoyment of the evening. While the taste of the food and the atmosphere were commendable, the service issues overshadowed our experience. Overall, I'd rate it a 3/5.

We have been regular diners at various Hitchki restaurants. However, this one at BKC was a big disappointment. Not only the place was rundown and mosquito infested, but even the food was pretty ordinary. The quality of food could be judged from the fact that when the Veg Biryani was brought in pressure cooker, the bottom layer of the biryani and the entire bottom of the cooker were burnt (See the picture). It was only after showing them they took it back and did not charge any money, but that showed the casual attitude & negligence towards maintaining the food quality. Other ordered items were pretty ordinary too. All in all, it was huge disappointment at Hitchki BKC.
