The staff is courteous.
We went on a Sunday, it was packed by 8pm, it's very important that you prebook or arrive early.
The only downside is the unclean and single washroom, for such a huge 3 storey restaurant.

I visited this place in the 1st week of November and I had really bad experience here.

The atmosphere was good. The theme and the lightning was quite impressive.

The food as well as service is average here. We visited this place in a small group. All dishes were average in taste. They don't eveb serve cold drinks like Coca Cola, Sprite, Pepsi, Thumbs up etc. They sold some local branded cold drinks.

I had visited this place recently and the vibe, food was amazing!
We ordered the starters which they recommended and it was really good such as Dragon sizzler, step cheese kebab, smoke kebab and serai special tandoori.

All these tasted really good!!
For gravy, we tried chicken begum bahar and KGF chicken both were average in taste.

The ambience is pretty well designed and modernized. It's a good place to hangout with family or friends for any celebrations.
