Incredible food! 14 courses was a lot but every single one was so unique and different. Khichdi was so good and loved how they added ingredients from every state to it. Would recommend and definitely return!

My second time here in about a year and the food is fantastic as is the service.

We had the Chef's menu and it took us a good 3.5 hours to eat our way through it. Each course is a delight in its own way and I marvel at how they have combined varied ingredients to make such lovely dishes.

Will be back again when the menu changes.  :)

I absolutely love this place! The food is amazing and the cocktails are top notch. I love the music, which is always kept at a low volume so you can actually talk to your friends while eating. And the staff is always so incredibly helpful and pleasant.

The restaurant has a very nice ambience and offers a great selection of drinks at the bar. The 14 courses dinner is incredible! Each dish looks like it came out of a different world, based on traditional Indian food with a contemporary twist. The appearance of each dish is designed to tell a unique story—the only thing I wish was different was that we could stay longer!

A great experience I shared with colleagues from work. The restaurant offer a great variety of food across 2 set menus (1 vegetarian, 1 non-vegetarian) from all over India. The team provided explanations and background to all the dishes. Cocktails have been delicious and the wine card is covering a range of tastes and prices.

During our visit to Mumbai, we sought a special dining experience for our parents, hoping to they explore Indian cuisine in a new light through a set menu. Having previously enjoyed Tresind restaurant in Dubai, but our  visit in Mumbai were mixed in a rather worse way.
Ambience:
The interior failed to create a cozy atmosphere, with low ceilings embellished with star-like light bulbs, imparting a somewhat artificial ambiance that contradicted the notion of fine dining. The proximity of the tables gave the impression of a communal gathering rather than an exclusive haute cuisine venue. Despite being informed that children under 12 were not admitted, disruptive noise from neighboring tables, including young children, tainted the dining experience with a more casual tone.

Food:
The restaurant offered two set menus, vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Opting for the latter, we requested a milder spice level for one diner, an adjustment which was accommodated. The meal commenced with a flavorful vegetable taco-like appetizer, delightfully awakening the palate with its fresh and crunchy textures. However, subsequent dishes such as the burger-like appetizer lacked balance in flavors, leaving one overwhelmed by the bun component.
The ravioli soup stood out for its rich coconut-curry broth and well-constructed ravioli, albeit marred by overly sour beans that disrupted the overall harmony. The duck starter was a crowd-pleaser, impeccably spiced and tender, though the accompaniment of a heavy waffle seemed incongruous for a multi-course meal.
Transitioning to more European-inspired appetizers with Indian influences, the menu failed to captivate with offerings like the scallop Wellington, appearing out of place on an Indian-themed menu. The main course featuring crab with omelette and curry, was completely clogged with sauce, its taste was lost, although it is quite an expensive product.

A standout was the signature dish - The spiced khichdi of India, showcasing a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, a testament to their culinary prowess. Soft texture of the grain, curry sauce with different shades of flavors with each spoon, you can discover something new. The sauce itself is smooth without any inclusions. This is their signature dish and it's done well - the strongest of the entire menu.
Conversely, desserts lacked the same finesse and creativity, failing to engage beyond simplicity. Our favorite was the coffee candy with a liquid center, it perked us up a bit.

Service:
Despite commendable attentiveness and explanations of the dishes by the waitstaff, service was notably lethargic, prolonging the dining experience.

In conclusion:
Overall, our dining experience fell short of expectations, drawing comparisons to our memorable visit to the Dubai branch of this establishment. While the visual presentation of the dishes impressed, the taste and complexity of the set menu left much to be desired. Departing from authentic Indian flavors towards a fusion approach, the restaurant sacrificed genuine taste for aesthetic appeal.

Notably, the exorbitant pricing of beverages, wine accompaniment is more expensive than the food set. A glass of local Indian sparkling wine, from 1500-2600, this is not imported, so strange..
Moreover, the extended duration of the set menu, lasting more than 3 hours, contributed to a sense of drawn-out indulgence.
While the restaurant showcased culinary artistry and elegance in plating, the deviation from traditional Indian flavors towards fusion lacked the depth and authenticity we anticipated. The inflated pricing and extended dining experience further detracted from an otherwise promising concept.
