I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your restaurant, specifically regarding the seating arrangements that significantly impacted my experience.

Upon arrival, I was seated at a high table, which quickly became uncomfortable and caused me considerable back pain. As someone who has experienced similar discomfort in the past, I know that sitting in a more suitable chair would alleviate these issues. Unfortunately, despite the presence of several unoccupied chair seats nearby, the waitress informed us that we could not switch seats. She claimed that those chairs were reserved or that the seating was "reversed," which I found puzzling, especially since they remained empty throughout our meal.

What compounded my frustration was the waitress's assurance that she would help us switch to a chair seat once one became available. However, despite her promising words, no action was taken, and we were left in our uncomfortable seats for the duration of our visit. It felt as though our comfort was not a priority, which is disappointing given the reputation of your establishment.

I believe that customer comfort should be a central focus in any dining experience. I hope you will consider reviewing your seating policies and training staff to be more accommodating, especially when alternative options are available.

Very very good spot for a couple or a big group. The food is delicious especially their chicken which was so juicy and tender. I always return for their hummus as the spicy chilli crisp goes so well with the smooth hummus and flatbread. Their tuna tartare was also very fresh and definitely a good try! Had their wood fired bread pudding previously but did not get it this time as we were too full!

Great place great food. Great ambience lovely staff. We arrived late and notified us that the kitchen will close in 10mins but they still took our order and prepared the food. The Pavlova is amazing would recommend. Price a tiny bit high.

Amazing food. Loved every dish we ordered! Wagyu cured beef, grilled chicken, slow cooked beef ribs, hummus, cauliflower, green bean, asparagus, the lava chocolate cake!.  The house white wine sauvignon blanc from New Zealand by glass was also above expectation. I regretted so much that we discovered this restaurant only before we leave Highly recommended!

The ribs n charcoal chicken is pretty good. Chicken quite tender and flavourful while the beef ribs were pretty much falling apart in your mouth. We ordered the truffle man n cheese twice so that says a lot. Only thing we didn’t really fancy was the meatball dish which tasted quite meh~

Overall ambiance was wonderful but music a tad too loud. Food generally good but a little on the pricey end.
