What a beach.. Superb enjoyment. One thing that I want to add than other reviews is that there are proper changing rooms and toilets at the beach. This is something I was a little worried about and this information was nowhere so, here I am giving this review so that it can be helpful for others. Also,like any other place in Bali here are also a few steps to & fro  this beach as it is way down than the roads. So, mind it that there are a few high steps  and a little cave feeling on the way to the beach from the gate of Padang Padang beach. But it's so clean. Well, you may wanna know that there are few monkeys above those steps but none come to the beach. So, not a big deal.  I loved this beach. Must get a changing towel and a beach seat towel or beach blanket to enjoy it to the fullest.

Not only famous for being the beach from Eat Pray Love, but this spot is so lovely and hidden with rock cliff walls and plenty of rocks to explore through along the beach. Crystal water, and sunset is stunning. There are little shacks to buy drinks from and a few beanbags at sunset to hire too. Overall a great place to relax!

Absolutely gorgeous beach with white sands and beautiful blue water. It it's a smaller beach so people are laying out all right next to each other. The beach walkers coming and going end up having to walk right over your stuff or so close that the get sand all over your things.

The waves are the most perfect I've ever seen with the way they roll and curl smoothly in one direction. I can definitely see why there are so many surfers who come here.

With the strong currents that tend to make the best waves, this is not a beach to let younger children play in the water freely. This beach is also not handicap accessible. The steep stairs going down and back up were causing a lot of people (younger and older) to stop and catch their breath. Be cautious if you have bad back/knees, difficulty breathing, etc.

There are plenty of vendors to get water, alcohol, and snacks, too.

Bali, Nusa Penida. You can spend the whole day in this clear water in this lagoon area. You immerse yourself in the water and you really enjoy. Food is reasonably priced and good and not very upmarket.

The water is dirty and hot, but there is usually some shadow on the left side all day. I liked it during low tide.

It's also a nice place for snorkeling, I saw some really interesting fishes - just be careful with the strong current and don't go too far, you can't and shouldn't swim against the current - only sideways.
