We had a fantastic time! The staff at the water park were the friendliest I've ever encountered, from the security guard checking bags to the attendants helping on and off the rides—everyone was incredibly nice. The park was impeccably clean, with cleaners constantly mopping the toilets and locker areas to keep them dry.

I appreciated the cashless band system, although it would be nice to have more top-up points. I'd recommend arriving early, as the morning had little to no queues. Even in the afternoon, the lines weren't too bad in our experience.

Overall, it's a great day out for families, friends, or couples!

Last weekend, we visited Waterbom Bali as a group of four and had an incredible time. Arriving shortly after 9 a.m., we enjoyed a peaceful start with no crowds. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. We booked a family locker through Klook, which was easy to claim and added to the convenience. The rides were thrilling and full of excitement, perfect for creating memorable moments with my family. Lunch at the pork-free zone was a highlight—delicious, affordable, and served in generous portions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to return!

So fun and incredible, would definitely recommend for all ages!

We got there around midday and are a family of ages 13-53. Really good for everyone and lots of places to lie down/chill, including in the shade.

The food is so good - they have loads of vegan, veggie and gluten free options. My gluten free veggie burger was amazing - one of the best I’ve had.

Everyone is so lovely and the slides were amazing. We wished we went earlier to have more time there as it was great (the queues started to go down nearer the closing time around 5pm).

There is also no cash/card payment so you put it on a band and then that’s how you pay. You can also get it back at the end of top up in the park and check how much you have.

Booked tickets the night before for around 500k, they have a cashless system inside which is great, you load cash on to a band then take it off at the end of the visit, food and drink prices inside were reasonable with the price of a burger at 100k soft drinks around 25k, pasta at 90k.

Park was incredibly clean, staff are constantly cleaning! The staff here are the best I've ever experienced in my life, very friendly, happy, polite, helpful! I cant credit them enough! From security to life guards to cashiers to queue management. Fantastic.

We arrived at 9am and had a little wait to get in! 10 minutes max! By 10am we had been on every ride! 1pm onwards the park was packed with queues everywhere I'd recommend arriving early.

Towels are available to hire along with lockers, id recommend getting a sunbed early as they fill up fast, don't wait at the start to get lockers, head central if your there first thing.

EPIC Day!!!! 8 Hours of Slides & Laughs. Few Crazy Slides, followed my some Lunch in the Beautiful Gardens,  a Float down the "Lazy River" on Tubes.... then back to the Full On Slides!!!
