En fantastisk upplevelse på The Byrd House. Vi åkte andra dagen vi kom till Sanur och njöt av vår måltid & cocktails. Maken hade den ultimata hamburgaren... han gillade den verkligen. Vi gjorde dagspa erfarenhet på detta hotell som icke - invånare. I paketet ingår handdukar och en kredit att använda för mat och dryck. Loungestolar finns tillgängliga enligt först till kvarn-principen. Maten är trevlig och drycker ganska standard. Det stora problemet är poolside Service. Jag var tvungen att gå och hitta personal vid tre tillfällen för att få en order behandlad. Vi märkte att detta hände många andra gäster också. Detta är inte ett stort problem men det faller under den standard som normalt levereras på Bali anläggningar. Sammantaget är det en trevlig upplevelse men var beredd att jaga personal för Service.

Åkte hit sent på eftermiddagen för att ta drinkar och lite snacks och om det är bra så stanna på middag. Det var inte upptagen så ingen ursäkt för dålig Service. Vi avslutade våra drinkar och snacks och sökte middag någon annanstans

Vi kom för kvällsdrinkar på strandområdet. Besviken när de berättade alla utomhusbord var bokade och vi var tvungna att luta sig tillbaka på en lounge nära stigen. Sen dök ingen upp vid borden för att sitta där . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Servicen var vänlig men saknade snabbhet och uppmärksamhet. Vi skulle ha stannat längre och kanske ätit om vi hade effektiv service och fått sitta någon annanstans. En besvikelse eftersom det ser fantastiskt ut. . . . . kan behöva upp ditt servicespel Byrd.

Vi valde denna plats eftersom de erbjöd en italiensk 5 rätters fast meny för vårt parti av 20 familj och vänner från Australien för att fira en mycket speciell födelsedag. De arbetade hårt för att tillgodose mina 6 gäster med särskilda kostbehov! Den xtra bonusen var att det var inom gångavstånd från resort där vi bodde. De har också ett fantastiskt konditori i anslutning som gjorde vår nötfria födelsedagstårta! Vi kunde ha pre - middag drinkar på stranden i ett hörnområde hålls exklusivt för oss i 30 minuter. Ärligt talat personalen kunde inte göra tillräckligt för oss som jag kommer att vara evigt tacksam för. Jag hade provat ett par ställen tidigare men det var för svårt att samordna så jag kan inte tala tillräckligt högt om denna restaurang.

Vi besökte Byrd House ett par gånger under vår Sanur vistelse. Servicen är alltid bra, alla är nöjda. Cocktails och drinkar är bra, de har några happy hour cocktails på eftermiddagen som var läckra. Maten var utmärkt, särskilt satay kyckling. Jag hade det tre gånger! Vackra omgivningar mittemot stranden. Det finns ett antal områden du kan sitta, på stranden, upphöjd över stigen eller en luftkonditionerad del. Härlig känsla.

Bra plats för lunch. Åkte hit tre gånger & åt pizzor & hamburgare. Maten var bra varje gång. Vi satt inne eftersom det var luftkonditionerade men hade fortfarande en fantastisk utsikt över strandpromenaden genom träd och buskar.

Utsikten är fantastisk och personalen var vänlig nog men priserna var orimliga för maten som serverades. De hade en barnstol men som var till hjälp men baserat på priserna jag förmodligen inte skulle återvända. Vi beställde mezzetallrik och bruschetta.

Vi bestämde oss för att se vad Byrd House handlade om och det gjorde ingen besviken! Inredningen är fantastisk, bra musik och vackra cocktails. Det slutade med att vi beställde en pizza och det var det bästa vi ätit sedan vi var på Bali.

Vilken fantastisk restaurang och dess stora läge på stranden shore front. Våra måltider var utsökta och så fräscha! All personal var uppmärksam och förtjusande. Min fru och jag mindes våra erfarenheter på resort som var vår smekmånad 1984. Vi hade inte varit tillbaka till platsen även om vi har rest till Bali mer 30 gånger sedan dess. Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera denna restaurang och dess läge det är verkligen en fröjd. Bra gjort personal!
