We were impressed with the experience of staying at this place. We haven't even left yet, but from the moment we set foot here, we were surprised by the smallest details.

We have traveled to more than 20 countries and have never been so well treated and attended to. The hotel's facilities are fantastic, the food is wonderful, and the service is second to none. All the staff are extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help. It was our honeymoon and we will never forget the days we spent here.

It will certainly be etched in our hearts and we will return soon.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. Celebrating my birthday in this magical and serene setting was an unforgettable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The rooms and pools are well kept, comfortable and very clean. All rooms have outstanding views.

A special mention to our tour guide, Chess, who truly enhanced our stay. His charisma and deep knowledge of the island and Balinese culture made our excursions both informative and enjoyable. Thanks to him, we discovered some of the best spots on the island.

The dining options at Viceroy Bali were also impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The spa was a haven of relaxation, and I highly recommend the foot reflexology—it was a highlight for both my boyfriend and me.

We chose this hotel primarily because of the unique range of activities it offers, and it exceeded our expectations. From hiking to cooking classes and temple tours, there’s something for everyone. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for an extraordinary experience.

We spent 2 weeks in Bali for our honeymoon and the Viceroy was our highlight. If you’re considering spending time in Ubud then I strongly recommend you consider this incredible Oasis hidden in the rainforest.
Room - Absolutely amazing, beautiful
Service - The best you could imagine, it honestly felt like we were the only couple in the hotel
Location - Perfect. They run a shuttle (basically a lovely air conditioned car) to Ubud Centre, every day. One of the evenings it took us just 7 minutes to get home.
Food - Delicious

The Viceroy Ubud is more than just a hotel; it’s an immersive experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff who instantly made us feel at home.

The resort’s stunning architecture and meticulous attention to detail are truly impressive. The clean, timeless design seamlessly blends with the lush natural surroundings, creating a down-to-earth and grounding environment that perfectly complements the Valley of the Kings.

A highlight of our stay was the exquisite dining experience at Aperitif. The food was simply divine, and the perfectly paired cocktails elevated the culinary journey. Our experience at the beautiful spa, including the couples massage, is highly recommended.

It is prevalent why this hotel has the name for itself and the awards that it does. Honestly, it feels like a privilege to have experienced this hotel and all that comes along with it. We will no doubt be returning to this tranquil paradise and relive the magic.

This hotel was exceptional as well as the beautiful people who staff it.

Each morning there is a buffet breakfast with an assortment of Indonesian foods (rice, soup, noodles), fresh tropical fruits, pastries, omelette to order, and more. Absolutely delicious and filling. This works perfect for brunch but if you get hungry again there is the Cascades restaurant at the hotel which is just as exceptional. The menu has a variety of different styles of food catering to different tastes. We ate here a few times and everything we tried we enjoyed. Their cheesecake is to die for by the way! Trying the Royal Balinese lunch is a must do experience.

The transportation services- organized and clear, easy to use.

The views and the infinity pool in the deluxe terrace villa-amazing, we swam for hours each day before or after exploring Ubud.

This hotel was worth the price in every way, would stay here again if I ever got the chance to travel back here. This was a perfect honeymoon destination for my husband and I and I could not have asked for a better experience.
