Like all waterfalls in the area there are lots of deep steps, but not as many as the others. The surroundings are gorgeous with some rock carvings. It's easy to get into the water to cool off your feet.

Really lovely place to visit. It was raining when we arrived so not many other people were there. Safe to swim but not near the actual waterfall. 25K entrance fee per person.

An amazing waterfall and in my opinion worth the visit.
Some useful info:
When you arrive there is a big parking lot where you can park your scooter or car. Then you will have to walk a short trail through the forest until you reach the waterfall. There are some steep steps along the trail and at the end you can find toilets, changing rooms and lockers to leave your belongings while swimming or taking photos. I was there around noon and there were not too many people. There is also a restaurant at the entrance (next to parking lot) , with a view over a rice filed, where you can have something to eat or drink when you return from the waterfall.

Lovely place, accessible with signage although involves many stairs. There is a beach club nearby with a lift that takes you from the car park to the waterfall that my friend and I chose to use for the way back up. We stopped there for lunch as there is a minimum spend to enter but it was well priced and we had access to the pool etc. We did find it difficult to get a taxi to leave however so best to pre-book or have a number for a driver on hand.

We enjoyed Tibumana and it was less busy than the other popular waterfalls in the area when we went (around 10am).

You need to walk a fair bit to get down to it though, and like most waterfalls here, expect a lot of stairs. There are a bunch of shops along the way and also 2 bridges which are made of bamboo and are also great for some photo taking opportunities. We even walked by a couple getting their wedding photos taken on one of the bridges.

There is an entry ticket (50000 for 2).
