I recently tried Man Man Unagi, and overall, the unagi was pretty decent. The eel was nicely grilled with a good balance of sweetness and smokiness from the sauce. While it didn’t completely blow me away, it was still enjoyable and well-prepared.

I had really high expectation because of the reviews but it was a huge letdown.
With the price at 430k exclude tax and service fee, I expected the Unagi Kabayaki to be really good but not only the portion was rather small, it was really dry too. I’ve had much much better live unagi overseas and it’s nowhere near what I had.
The Seafood Okonomiyaki was also a letdown, it was really thick, the cabbage was even less than the batter and the seafood was only a few pieces of octopus.
The Tokuhei Tsujihan was good though, came with a big portion and the sashimi was fresh.
Overall, I don’t think I will come back again.

First time trying after wanting to have a good unagi in agess! Finally had it and it did not dissappoint, the unagi is grilled wonderfully, it has crisp skin side and soft on the meat side. It is seasoned nicely, not too much sauce and not too dry. The portion is not exactly big, I ordered the largest and for a very high price, not sure if the medium sized at its price would be a better. Price to ration size.

Overall enjoyed the meal though, nothing special with the salad, and the sashimi is thickk

The best place to eat unagi or Japanese food in Jakarta. Their service is top notch and the place is nice to have a lunch/dinner with family and friends. Price wise they are expensive but it’s worth the splurge 😍✨
