Was very windy at the time of visit.
Don't forget to bring an umbrella, as it is snowy in the mainland, here it'll rain.
If you want to see the seas frozen, I'd suggest coming in mid to late winter.
Bus is about 40min from Nosappu station.
Round trip about 2,000yen. If you don't know which ticket to buy, ask the staff, they'll provide help very kindly.
Great place to learn about the Kuril Islands.
