Vi älskar atmosfären på Ippudo - de stora träborden du delar med andra, trägolvet, det utomordentligt rena badrummet och det öppna köket. Båda jag och min fru gick från vårt hotell (Kobe Motomachi Tokyu REI Hotel) till den här särskilda restaurang nästan 2 veckor sedan. Det ligger mindre än 200 m från JR Motomachi station i motsatt riktning mot av Daimaru varuhus. Det var ganska tyst när vi kom dit (approx. 4 : 00:00) men allt mer fick trångt senare att eftermiddag. Vi båda beställde våra måltider baserat på kyparen s rekommendation. I detta fall, måste jag be om ursäkt eftersom jag har ett dåligt minne på vad jag hade beställt trots att jag hade besökt olika Ippudo outlets flera gånger i Kina (Shanghai och Guangzhou. de mest frekventa dem jag hade besökt) , S. Korea (Söul) och Singapore. Våra beställningar blev serverade inom 10 minuter och för att vara ärlig, dem smakar bättre än de som jag hade smakat tidigare. Restaurangen och miljön är mycket trevliga, vissa jazzy musik spelandes och alla sitter antingen i baren eller runt 2 stora torget tabeller där varje plats för omkring 12 personer. Lunchmeny har bara 3 Ramen-inspirerade sorter plus sedan några alternativ och side dishes. Men vad en kvalitet du får! Mycket bra ramen (nudelsoppan)för bara 900 till 1100 Yen. Det är en fynd och mycket bra kvalitet.

3 Minuter från Motomachi station. Jag kommer ofta hit för lunch. Jag beställde en kryddig ramen-inspirerade ringde karakamen som är riktigt bra. Du kan välja hur du gillar att laga mat för noodle. 元町から北へ3分。よくランチで行きます。いつ行っても店内は込み合っています。オススメはカラカ麺。辛いけどスープまで飲み干してしまう旨さです。
