Fantastic little basement bar off of Marutamachi with on-point decor and a friendly bartender. The tequila and mezcal (yay!) menu is extensive and start from around 700jpy and goes up depending on the kind you choose. The bartender is happy to give suggestions and can tell you the difference between any of the drinks. It's fun because each spirit comes with a thoughtful snack, such as a couple orange wedges or some dark chocolate, whatever the owner believes goes best with the spirit you have chosen. Some tequilas will also come with a little "profile" card showing you the tequila you have ordered with a small blurb. They also serve small bites, which I haven't tried yet, but plan to. I went with 1 other friend, and we just chatted. It would've been awkward but there was a tv show playing in the background so it wasn't such a big deal. There are around 8-10 bar seats, so it's a pretty cozy place. Will definitely be back to try more things.
