Amazing dinner! Was able to make same day reservation for dinner after stopping by during lunch service. I was mesmerized by watching the chefs at work and each dish was so good. I think this place has many regulars, but they were very accommodating for me as a tourist. Each dish was explained throughly by the chefs using a picture book and translator apps. Chefs and I had a good chat over Google Translate and I left feeling very happy and full. Thank you for the great meal!

ガキの頃から御節料理はあまり好きでは無かったので元旦＝母の誕生日は毎年手巻き寿司で祝ってました、たに本さんの御節はなかなかウマウマでした(・∀・)ｲｲﾈ!!
昔は行きつけの割烹がありそこで買ってましたが、久しぶり（10年以上ぶり）に御節を購入し、しかも美味しかったです❣
81歳になった母ですがいつまでも元気でいてくださいね。

My wife's mother introduced me and I bought this seasonal dish for the first time to cheer up my mother, who was depressed after my father passed away last year, and to celebrate her birthday on New Year's Day.
Since I was a kid, I didn't really like seasonal dishes, so every New Year's Day (or my mother's birthday) we celebrated with hand-rolled sushi, and Tanimoto-san's seasonal dishes were quite delicious (・∀・) Good!!
I used to have a kappo restaurant that I used to go to, and I used to buy them there, but I bought them for the first time in a while (more than 10 years), and they were delicious❣
My mother is now 81 years old, but I hope she remains healthy forever.
