    Gömd vinbar i mysiga Kyoto. Sommelieren är japanska och hade tydligen bott i Sverige något år. Megagullig och lättare upp den annars lite stela stämningen. De har japanska viner tillsammans med mycket Frankrike, japanska vinerna utvecklas och det finns några guldkorn! De serverar en ostig-brioche-toast till alla som kommer, var enormt god till en mousserande gruner veltliner. Självklart natur på detta ställe. Rekommenderar om man gillar naturviner, nästa gång går jag nog till något mer i klassisk stil
