The service of the hotel its amazing, chica  the manager of the restaurant and her team are the best, also the people of the spa.
I love the AMAN hotels, i been in severals and always its a memorable time.. the only thing that i have to say about AMANEMU its that i felt that the hotel in somethings looks tired.. need a refresh, the forniture in my room and also at the spa were white with a lot of stains.. thats not what an AMAN its in my standarts.
But a repeat.. the service, the food, the spa and the views are outstanding!!

The resort is absolutely beautiful, with large expansive rooms, very comfy beds, thermal spring private hot tub, in the bathroom,with complimentary coffee, tea and non alcoholic beverages. There are golf carts which take you everywhere, just call the front desk to order one if you don't want to walk.The only downside would be that once there without transportation, you are at the mercy of the resort. Resort is located in a national park, but to get anywhere off site you would need transportation to take you anywhere. The hotel does  not offer this ( as far as we saw) thus, were unable to see the waterfall ( which is part of their advertising)or any town of interest- all a distance away.
Spa services are limited to the amount of guests, we had difficulty booking anything as nothing was  available.The public thermal bath requires a bathing suit, and for the private thermal bath, you have to pay for. Staff is very attentive although some have difficulty with English understanding. There is also a limited choice of food as the menu for both dining and lounge ( lunch ) is very similar.

I really have to tell you, we had an unforgettable time.

From the welcoming smile when we stepped through the door to the thoughtful arrangements we saw in the room every day, it made me feel as warm as home.

Also, that Basque cheesecake is amazing! I couldn't stop taking every bite. I was really amazed by your cooking skills.

Hope we can do it again! Thank you for such a great time, I will always remember this wonderful memory.

Shout out to Kae-San who was AMAZING!
She helped me organize a surprise proposal for my girlfriend with flowers, a photographer and videographer. It took months of preparation via email. She was extremely timely, organized and understanding. Her English was perfect so communication was easy.

As for the resort, it is as advertised. Flawless rooms, amazing scenery and amazing service all round. This is the most peaceful resort I’ve ever been to.
