What a hidden gem! Tucked away in a quiet residential street, away from the hustle and bustle of Omotesando is Test Kitchen H. The lunch course meal Pranzo A is unbeatable! It comes with a mini one-bite appetizer, focaccia (the best you will ever have), choice of seasonal salad or signature cheese soup, choice of pasta, finish off with coffee/tea and dessert. All this for ¥2750 (under $18 USD)! The atmosphere is intimate and the open kitchen concept injects energy into the dining experience. Staff is very attentive and the food is excellent. I had the beautifully presented cheese soup and squid ink pasta...both outstanding. The focaccia is out of this world...and ok to ask for seconds. Best to call ahead or book reservation online...you will love this Italian gem!
