久しぶりの訪問です。地元産の新鮮なこだわり食材をつかった、丁寧なお料理を満喫しました。ひとつひとつのお料理のこだわりを教えてもらいながら頂くと、一品一品を丁寧に味わいたくなる、素敵なお料理やさんです。
日常使いするにはリッチかもしれませんが、食べてみるとお得感満載です。
大事な人を連れていきたくなるお店です。

店主が１人でお料理を作ってくれるので、混み合うとお料理が出てくるのに時間はかかりますが、逆にひとつひとつを余韻まで味わっていたら、待ち時間も気になりません。
お時間ある時に、丁寧なお料理をリーズナブルに食べたいなら、ここ！！！

It may be too rich to use on a daily basis, but when you try it, it's full of value.

The owner prepares the food by himself, so if it's crowded it may take a while for the food to come out, but if you enjoy each bite to the lingering taste, you won't have to worry about the wait time.

初訪問。
なかなか予約が取れないらしく楽しみにしてました。店主がひとつひとつ料理の説明をしてくれます。初めて見る食材もあるし、いつもの野菜も手間隙かけて料理されておりまさに、素材の味を楽しめます。お客さんは常連さんが多そうでした。土鍋のカニをカウンターから離れた私たちのテーブル席までわざわざ見せに来てくれたりサービスも気持ちよく上質な時間が過ごせます。
ランチは12時ちょうどに一斉に開始になりますので遅刻されないように。

First visit.
I was looking forward to it because it was hard to get a reservation. The owner will explain each dish one by one. There are some ingredients that I've never seen before, and the usual vegetables are cooked with care, so you can truly enjoy the taste of the ingredients. Most of the customers seemed to be regulars. The service was pleasant and we had a great time, with the staff coming all the way from the counter to our table to show us the crab in the earthenware pot.
Lunch will start at exactly 12:00, so don't be late.
