楽しみにしていた晩ごはんは、奈良の超絶予約困難店『中国菜 奈良町 枸杞』さんへ、安定の他力本願で連れて行って頂きました(´∀｀)

奈良市内の住宅街に佇む古民家リノベなお店、自家栽培&奈良近郊のお野菜を中心とした絶品お料理は化学調味料不使用♪

奥深くも優しいお料理はとにかくひたむきなご夫婦渾身の作品、お酒や器も楽しみながらのフルコースを大好物な紹興酒と日本酒と一緒に堪能できました(*´ω｀*)

写真を撮り忘れていますが紹興酒は2人で２本、奈良県らしく風の森も頂きましたが、それでも〆で頂いた松茸の温麺を頂くと酔いが吹っ飛ぶほど身体が喜んでいました♡

本当にものすごいお店ですがお値段はリーズナブルで、どうしても再訪したいと思えるお店でございました♪(´ε｀ )

A renovated old folk house restaurant located in a residential area in Nara City. The exquisite dishes are made with home-grown vegetables and vegetables grown near Nara, and no chemical seasonings are used.

The deep yet gentle cuisine was the work of a dedicated couple, and I was able to enjoy a full course meal while enjoying the drinks and tableware, along with my favorite Shaoxing wine and Japanese sake (*´ω｀*)

I forgot to take a photo, but we both had two bottles of Shaoxing wine, and we also had the Kaze no Mori, which is typical of Nara Prefecture, but even so, when we finished off with the matsutake mushroom warm noodles, our bodies were so happy that the intoxication was washed away ♡

It's a really amazing shop, but the prices are reasonable, and it's a shop that I definitely want to visit again ♪ (´ε｀)

1年半ぶりくらいの訪問。ミシュランの星獲得やメニューのSNS掲載禁止など1年半も経つと色々変化もあるなー。どのジャンルの料理も近年ものすごく値上がりしている中でランチ税込6000円は素晴らしい。(追加だけ1900円に値上がり)枸杞點心コースは点心が中心で別途追加で単品の麻婆豆富・汁無し担担麺を追加可能（予約申込み時のみご注文可能数量限定）麻婆豆腐を食べたが家では作れない仕上がりに満足。料理もどれも美味しかったが、前菜のハチノスや奥行きがあり身体に優しいスープが好み。〆は麺かちまきから選択可能。どちらも好み。
風が強いとずっとがたがたなるのが若干気になるが大満足なお店。

2023.7 毎月1日に翌月の予約を取られるがかなりの人気で中々訪問できず、初訪問。点心が食べたかったのでランチの時間を予約。中国茶をはじめドリンクメニューも豊富で何にするか悩む。

提供される料理は全て化学調味料不使用なのにしっかりした味わいで驚いた。最初の前菜のみ四川風、後は広東風の料理が続く。どれも美味しかったですが個人的に驚いたのは養生湯菜。慈悲深い味わいでとても身体に良さそう。点心はどれもぷりっぷり。どれも美味しくて大満足。〆は1つずつオーダー。個人的には麺の方が好み。追加は坦々麺。思ったよりボリューミーでしたが流石の美味しさで完食。奈良までくる価値ありの名店。おすすめ。

First visit in about a year and a half. A lot has changed in the past year and a half, including getting a Michelin star and not posting the menu on social media. The price of all kinds of food has increased tremendously in recent years, but the lunch price of 6,000 yen including tax is amazing. (The price increases to 1,900 yen only for additions) The Kyoto Point course is mainly dim sum, but you can also add a separate item of mapo tofu or soupless dandan noodles (limited quantity available to order only when making a reservation) I ate mapo tofu. I am satisfied with the result, which cannot be made at home. All of the dishes were delicious, but I preferred the appetizer, the hachinosu, and the deep, hearty soup. To finish your meal, you can choose from Kachimaki noodles. I like both.
I'm a little worried about the building rattling all the time when the wind is strong, but I'm very satisfied with the shop.

2023.7 They take reservations for the next month on the 1st of every month, but it's quite popular so I couldn't make it, so this was my first visit. I wanted to eat dim sum, so I made a reservation for lunch. There is a wide variety of drinks on the menu, including Chinese tea, so it's hard to decide what to order.

I was surprised at how strong the flavors were in all of the dishes, even though they didn't use any chemical seasonings. The first appetizer is Sichuan-style, followed by Cantonese-style dishes. All of them were delicious, but the one that surprised me personally was the Yojo Yuna. It has a hearty taste and seems to be very good for the body. All dim sum is plump. Everything was delicious and very satisfying. To finish off, order one at a time. Personally, I prefer noodles. Added dandan noodles. It was more filling than I expected, but it was so delicious that I finished it all. A famous restaurant worth coming to Nara for. recommendation.

予約時間になると迎え入れて貰え、
フタリだったのでテーブルへ案内されました。
この日はランチということで点心コースです。
オプションの麻婆豆腐と担々麺は追加しました。

ドリンクは、すぐ近くの醸造所のビールや、
様々な種類の中国茶等、選択肢は豊富。
日差しの強い物凄く暑い日だったので、
水出し中国茶をいただきました。

料理は自家菜園の野菜や地元の食材により、
全体的には優しい味付けになってました。
点心は一つのサイズが結構大きく、
コースだけでもそれなりのボリュームです。
前菜の一品以外は辛さもあまりなかったので、
誰でも食べやすいタイプだと思います。

全体的にどの料理も美味しく、
夜の料理がどんな感じかも気になります。
次は、夜の予約が取れたら再訪したいです!

「中国菜奈良町枸杞」さんへ初訪問。
会席料理のような構成でバランスがよく結構な量でしたが食べ終わった後もまだ１品くらいは食せる感じ。使用している奈良野菜はご夫婦で栽培しているとの事。感動のお料理でした‼️予約が難しいお店ですが素晴らしいお料理と奥様の優しい接客のおかげで心地よい時間を過ごす事ができました😄奈良に来たらおすすめのお店です。ここ10年位で素晴らしいお店が奈良に増えてきています。美味しいお店の所在が益々奈良に観光客が増える要因となるのでこれからが楽しみです。

The structure was similar to a Kaiseki meal, and it was well-balanced and the portion was quite large, but even after I finished eating, I felt like I could still eat at least one more dish. The Nara vegetables used are grown by the couple. It was an impressive dish! ️It's difficult to make a reservation at this restaurant, but thanks to the wonderful food and the kind customer service from the wife, we were able to spend a pleasant time😄This is a recommended restaurant if you come to Nara. Over the past 10 years or so, the number of wonderful shops has been increasing in Nara. I'm looking forward to the future as the presence of delicious restaurants will be a factor in increasing the number of tourists to Nara.
