素材、調理に人一倍こだわる方で社長に連れて来てもらいました
コースは料理人に完全に任せているようです
出てきた料理一つずつが食べたことがある素材なのに今まで食べてきたものとは比べられないくらい美味しかった( ≧∀≦)ノ

刺身でも切り方が凄く細かく赤貝やイカがコリコリとかではなくしっとりと柔らかく凄く美味しかった

出世して必ず行きたい場所であるが駐車場がなく、近くにコインパーキングがない住宅区域なのが辛い

I was brought in by the president because I was more particular about ingredients and cooking than anyone else.
It seems that the course is completely left to the chef.
Even though each dish that came out was made from ingredients I had eaten before, it was so delicious that I couldn't compare it to anything I've eaten before (≧∀≦)ノ

Even the sashimi was cut very finely, and the red shellfish and squid were not crunchy, but moist, soft, and extremely delicious.

It's a place I definitely want to go to after getting promoted, but it's difficult because there's no parking lot and it's in a residential area with no coin parking nearby.

【2018年6月】７年ぶりに訪問したミシュラン二ツ星料理店です。今となっては、もはや文章に起こせない料理。
【2011年4月】築50年170坪のお屋敷をご主人自ら改装した日本料理店。清潔感のある落ち着いた店内で、もともとの内装に手を加えすぎず適度にモダンにされています。お庭も時代劇に出てくるような立派さ。昼夜ともに来店前日までの完全予約制です。ランチのコースで￥11,000～21,000と立派なお値段。その分 素材に妥協しない徹底的にこだわったお料理を、綺麗な骨董品の器でいただけます。ご主人はお若いうちから各地のお店で料理長を任された経歴をお持ちだそう。そうそう来ることは出来ない価格とはいえ、ご主人の想いが伝わった素晴らしい空間とお料理を味わえました。

[June 2018] This is a two Michelin star restaurant that I visited for the first time in 7 years. These days, it's a dish that can no longer be described in writing.
[April 2011] A Japanese restaurant that was built in a 50-year-old mansion measuring 170 tsubo and renovated by the owner himself. The inside of the store is clean and calm, and the original interior has been modernized without making too many changes. The garden is also magnificent, like something out of a historical drama. Reservations are required by the day before your visit for both day and night visits. The lunch course costs between ¥11,000 and ¥21,000, which is a great price. As a result, you can enjoy carefully prepared dishes that do not compromise on the quality of the ingredients, served in beautiful antique vessels. The owner seems to have a history of being the head chef at restaurants around the country from a young age. Although the price was not affordable, I was able to enjoy the wonderful space and food that conveyed the owner's passion.
