5回目位の訪問。和と洋が混ざったインテリアがとても好き。
お蕎麦がおいしいのはもちろん、サイドメニューもとてもおいしくて美しい。
行くたびに何か新メニューに挑戦されてるのもすごいなぁと思う。
この日はラッキーなことにガレットを食べることができてとてもうれしかった！

This is my 5th visit. I really like the interior, which is a mix of Japanese and Western styles.
Not only is the soba delicious, but the side menus are also delicious and beautiful.
I think it's amazing that they try something new on the menu every time I go.

田舎そばの山かけと、ナスの揚げびたしをいたたきました。
✕量が少ない。口コミを見ていたので大盛りをいただきましたが、大体の外食で一人前で満足する私ですが物足りない量でした。
✕麺が短く不揃い。もはや麺と言っていいのか疑問なレベル。定年前の男性が趣味で始めたそば打ちの方がマシなレベル。
✕お茶が空になっててもおかわりを持ってこない。料理が出される前に飲んでしまったので、ナス、つゆと薬味、蕎麦と３回もテーブルに来たのに反応なしはいただけない。
✕これで２０００円は高い。
総評：二度と行く価値なし。

✕The quantity is small. I had read the reviews, so I ordered a large portion, but since I'm usually satisfied with just one serving when I eat out, the portion was not enough.
✕Noodles are short and uneven. It is questionable whether it can be called noodles anymore. Soba making, which was started by a man before retirement as a hobby, is on a better level.
✕They don't bring you a refill even if the tea is empty. I drank it before the food was served, so even though the eggplant, soup and condiments, and soba came to the table three times, I still had no reaction.
✕This is 2000 yen expensive.

十割蕎麦、とても美味しくいただけました。また食べたくなる本格派の蕎麦です。2種類選べて食べ比べができるのも楽しい。
蕎麦だけでなく蕎麦を引き立ててくれる天ぷら等もサクサクで美味しいです。実は、、、出し巻き卵がものすごく美味しいんです。ぜひ！
店内はすごく広いわけではないですが、雰囲気があり居心地がよいです。場所はちょっと見つけにくいかもしれません。幹線道路そばで、近くには大きな建物の店舗が立ち並んでいるため、うっかりすると見落として通り過ぎてしまう場所です。

このお店は蕎麦の仕入れがいくつかあり、タイミングによって蕎麦の産地が変わるとのことですが、今日は福井県産の蕎麦だったようです。提供スタイルは全て十割そばになり、今回は玄そばざるを３枚頂きました。
噛むと仄かに、何かと懐かしい雰囲気漂う大人の蕎麦味でした。蕎麦つゆは甘くもなく辛くもなく、そして濃すぎす、非常に洗練された味わいでした。蕎麦湯はトロトロ加減で、舌の上で蕎麦粉感を感じさせる奥の深い印象でした。
店のBGMは静かにジャスが流れる素晴らしい蕎麦店かと思います。いいお店です。

This shop has several types of soba in stock, and the source of the soba changes depending on the timing, but today's soba was from Fukui Prefecture. All of the serving styles are Juwari Soba, and this time I received three pieces of Gensoba Zaru.
When I bit into it, it had a faintly nostalgic soba flavor for adults. The soba soup was neither sweet nor spicy, and had a very sophisticated taste. The soba soup was very creamy and had a deep impression that you could feel the taste of buckwheat flour on your tongue.
I think it's a great soba restaurant with jazz music playing quietly in the background. It's a nice shop.

十割そばの食べれる蕎麦屋さんです。
玄そばと丸抜きそばの2種類を選んで食べることができます 。

四人がけのテーブルが四つほどと二人掛けのテーブルが二つほどありますが、 開店と同時にほぼ満席になっていました。

駐車場は店横に2台、隣の施設にも止めることができるようですので、車で行く場合には困ることはないかと思います。

今回は3人で 来店しました私はいつものように玄蕎麦のざるを、 連れ合いと娘は 玄蕎麦の 田舎温そばを いただきました。

玄蕎麦は コシのある 少し黒いお蕎麦でした。 風味豊かで 、もちっと感も残っておりしっとりもちっとという食感でした。
ざるのお出汁は少し醤油系が濃い目のイメージで、温蕎麦のお出汁は少し甘味のあるお出汁でした。

ざるの薬味はネギとわさび、 温蕎麦の薬味は ネギとわさびと 柚子胡椒でした。

次回は小皿料理も食べてみたいと思いました。

You can choose between two types of soba: brown soba and round soba.

There are about 4 tables for 4 people and 2 tables for 2 people, but it was almost full as soon as it opened.

There are two parking lots next to the store, and it seems that you can also park at the facility next door, so I don't think you will have any problems if you go by car.

This time, three of us came to the store.As usual, I had the Gensoba zaru, and my companion and my daughter had the Gensoba Inakaonsoba.

Gensoba was chewy and slightly black soba. It was rich in flavor, still chewy, and had a moist and chewy texture.
The soup stock for the zaru had a slightly dark soy sauce flavor, and the soup for the hot soba noodles had a slightly sweet taste.

The condiments for the colander were green onions and wasabi, and the condiments for the hot soba noodles were green onions, wasabi, and yuzu pepper.

Next time I would like to try the small plates as well.
