Delicious Christmas Eve dinner at a lovely and cosy restaurant. Nice chef with sophisticated cooking skills. Fresh and premium ingredients. Without fancy renovations but feel-at-home atmosphere and thoughtful service. After collecting over hundreds stars from Michelin stars restaurants around the world, I would say the dishes from Wa Yamamura worth 3 stars. Very good value. Merry Christmas 🎄

Amazing! Each dish was beautifully decorated, the ingredients were of the highest quality, and the cooking and preparations were delicious! The waiters and waitresses were super nice and very attentive! Absolutely worth a visit!

Had a wonderful time at Wa Yamamura during my trip. The courses were visually pleasing and well balance throughout tasting each dishes. The service was amazing and were very nice as they described what each dishes were. Although they don't know much English, it was just enough to delightfully describe the dishes which I was happy nevertheless. Overall, a well balance, delightful tasting set of course that won't make you feel too heavy or empty in the end! Do recommend trying out this place but make sure to reserve before coming to the restaurant.

This review is long overdue but Wa Yamamura was one of the most unforgettable meals I’d ever had. The quality of the food, the presentation, the service: Everything was simply phenomenal. It’s been 7 years since I ate here and I can still recall the experience and how it felt to explore all of the curious items that were set in front of me, and I still have a copy of that hand-written menu they gave me.

Absolutely worth a visit and the splurge. I am visiting Japan again shortly, which is why I recalled my visit, and I suddenly feel like I need to return again.

Very pleasant experience. We made reservations way in advance but the restaurant still had a few empty seats when we arrived and 2 ladies managed to do a walk-in (lucky them, but won’t recommend)

Menu had English translation and staff also spoke some english. Every dish was so well prepared and had all sorts of flavours and texture.
