Antipasto  前菜でまず度肝抜かれました、このばあく豚！初めて頂きましたが脂っこさが全くない濃ゆい豚さん。ポルチーニ茸が香るソースで贅沢にいただきます。たまりませんねぇ。
パスタはじゃがいものニョッキ！フワッととろける新感覚パスタですね！これは意表をつかれました。
どれも洗練された非日常な料理でしたが、特筆すべき3つを描かせていただきました。
今年も頑張ってきてよかった、と思える食事となりいよいよ年末！

1度目は8月のスタジオーネとコースを。
2度目は家族で伺い、息子達は8月のスタジオーネ、私たち夫婦にはお気遣いして下さり、アレンジしたコースを作って頂きました。
予約制なのでのんびりとした時間を過ごせます。
お食事は奈良のお野菜を中心に、素材の良さを活かしたお料理の数々。
ひとくち食べる度に感動するお料理のセンス。
息子たちも喜んでいました。
ソムリエの奥様からの説明が分かりやすく、興味深いお話が沢山聞けてお料理を通して、素材を愛されている気持ちが深く伝わり感激します。
特に飲み物も全てがお料理に合うバランスで作られているので、ドリンクも侮れません。
心が豊かになる食事ができるボルゴ・コニシ。
奈良でイタリアンならここ。
また訪問するのが楽しみです！

The first time was the course with Stadione in August.
The second time I visited with my family, my sons went to the studio in August, and my husband and I were treated to a customized course.
Reservations are required, so you can have a relaxing time.
The meals are a variety of dishes that take advantage of the quality of the ingredients, with a focus on Nara vegetables.
His culinary sense impresses with every bite.
My sons were also happy.
The explanations from the sommelier's wife were easy to understand, and I was able to hear many interesting stories, and I was deeply moved by the deep love that she felt for the ingredients through the food.
In particular, the drinks are all made in a way that perfectly matches the food, so don't underestimate the drinks.

ランチに9月の期間限定スタジオーネ・コースを頂きました。

今回頂いたコースは五條市の益田農園の野菜にスポットを当てたものでした。
第一前菜のとうもろこしとトリッパビアンカの前菜は、とうもろこしの旨味を凝縮したピュレと炙られたベビーコーンのピクルスの相性がとても良く、そこに爽やかに仕上げられたトリッパビアンカが合わさって、より、とうもろこしの旨味を感じる一品でした。
パスタ料理の玉ねぎのフリッジョーネ　タリアテッレは、これでもかという程の玉ねぎの豊かな香りと旨味が凝縮したソースに、ツルッと歯切れの良い絶妙な食感の自家製タリアテッレが相性抜群な一品でした。
メイン料理の宇陀牧場井上牛のグーラッシュ　ヤマトトウキのアクセントは、お肉に完璧な火入れがされたスパイス香る赤ワイン煮に、大和橘ピールとヤマトトウキのオイルが合わさって、爽やかでありながらコクのある深い味わいでした。
デザートの柿のアマレッティ　柿酢のジュレを添えては、リコッタチーズのまろやかな甘みとりんごと柿酢の酸味、吉野ニッケイの上品な香りが柿本来の甘みをより引き立てた、繊細で完成された一品でした。
他にも第二前菜に頂いたチンクエ・フォルマは、5種のチーズがお互いを引き立て合う素晴らしい味わいで、チーズが好きな方なら是非食べて頂きたい逸品です。

2度目の訪問でしたが、前回と同じく細部まで丁寧に仕上げられた繊細な料理の数々と行き届いたサービスで、とても良い時間を過ごせました。是非、また行きたいと思います。

For lunch, I had the September limited-time Stadione course.

The course I received this time focused on vegetables from Masuda Farm in Gojo City.
The first appetizer, corn and trippa bianca, has a great combination of pureed corn flavor and roasted baby corn pickles, and the combination of the refreshing trippa bianca makes it even more flavorful. It was a dish that had a lot of flavor.
The onion friggione tagliatelle pasta dish was a dish that went perfectly with the homemade tagliatelle, which had an exquisite texture that was smooth and crisp, and the sauce was packed with the rich aroma and flavor of onions.
The main dish, Uda Ranch Inoue beef goulash, is accented with Yamato touki. The meat is perfectly cooked, simmered in spiced red wine, and Yamato Tachibana peel and Yamato toki oil are combined to create a refreshing yet rich dish. It had a deep flavor.
For dessert, persimmon amaretti served with persimmon vinegar jelly, the mellow sweetness of the ricotta cheese, the sourness of the apples and persimmon vinegar, and the elegant aroma of Yoshino Nikkei bring out the natural sweetness of the persimmon, creating a delicate and complete dish. It was.
The second appetizer, Cinque Forma, had a wonderful flavor in which the five types of cheese complemented each other, making it a must-try dish for cheese lovers.

This was my second visit, and just like the last time, I had a great time with the many delicate dishes that were carefully prepared down to the last detail and the attentive service. I would definitely like to go again.
