Very relaxing place to visit.
They have a super long escalator that descends to the cave.
Lots of room to walk around.
Well, that depends on what you consider room.

If you have visited other caves, you will realize the Okinawans have created a very nice place to visit.

Took lots of photos here! It's such a beautiful place and can see the formations so close up, a better experience compared to the ones I saw in Australia. The lighting accentuated the colours of the cave and in the photos we took. Fascinating for both the young and the old. Was initially concerned that my elderly parents could make it, but they did. Minimal steps and the final way out and up was via an escalator, which was superb! A must visit place if you are in Okinawa!

I didn't expect the tunnels in Gyokusendo Cave to be so long. Here, you can see stalactites in different forms. The most beautiful photo spot should be the "Spring of the Blue." The spring water looks very beautiful under the lighting. There are also quite a few steps, and since the underground can be slippery, it's important to be cautious when bringing elderly people along.

Definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Okinawa. Your do not even need professional cameras to capture the beauty of such a gift from nature.

The cave is basiclly a super long walk down under the park. There are placards here and there to explain the names and formation. The cave is maintained in a very good condition overall. It could get quite humid and wet down there because of all the rain water.

Love this cave! It very well organized and lighted but maintaining a natural atmosphere. It’s a huge cave that you can fully enjoy and imagine how those creatures live there.
