素晴らしい。
まだ出来て数年程の店なのに既に歴戦の勇者の如き名店のオーラを纏っている。
料理の味が驚異的美味さなのは当然の事ながら、四季折々の旬を感じさせてくれる厳選された食材のチョイス、そして皿や器に込められたお持て成しの心がずば抜けている。
大量の写真を撮ったが、敢えて今回は食事以外の物のみのアップとする。
その方がネタバレ無くワクワクするだろうと思う。

運良く、お誘いいただいて堪能してまいりました。
ちょっと、背筋が伸びるような雰囲気のある店内。でも、ホッとできるような接客で美味しいお料理と共に、心も解れるような気持ちでした。
普段、【食べる】事を意識することがなく、
基本的に食に、そこまでこだわりがあったわけではなかった私には、一つ一つ素材や料理の仕方などの説明も、【食】への興味が湧くような素敵な時間でした。

機会があればまた行きたい。

もちろん、お高いですが、その以上の価値あり。初めて行ったら、ちょっと驚く展開に。お薦めのお店です。でも、もうあまり混まんといて欲しい。予約困難店になってしまいました。
