日本酒の取り扱いも多くお酒が苦手な女性でも飲めそうな柔らかいものからしっかりした古酒まで様々な種類があります

友人が予約の電話をした際にお酒飲める方歓迎的なことを言われたそうなのでしっかり飲める方のみ伺うことをお勧めします

料理も様々な種類がありますが刺身がすごい美味しかった！！

きちんと人数分のお皿に分けて提供して頂けるので食べやすかったです

女将まゆさんとは燗の美穂から、ご主人の宮村さんとはミシュランガイドに初めて掲載された居酒屋かむなびから信頼して来ました。

I have trusted the proprietress, Mayu, since Miho, and the owner, Mr. Miyamura, since Izakaya Kamunavi, which was first featured in the Michelin Guide.

この店で私が1番好きな料理。
売り切れもあるので真っ先に注文。
肉汁たっぷりで皮がパリッ。
最高の焼き加減と塩加減。
これ、書いてると思い出してまた食べたくなってしまいます。
最高の一品です。

◆金目鯛の頭の和出汁煮
めちゃくちゃ優しい和出汁に金目鯛の頭が浸かってますw
ゼンマイや椎茸もあってビジュアルが良いなぁ。
味はもちろん美味し！
上品で繊細な出汁が金目鯛と合いますわぁ♪

◆お造り盛り合わせ
これもいつもお願いしてます。
金目鯛と桜鱒とクエだったかな。
もうこれ、安定の美味さ。
やっぱ、ここのお造りは外せません。

◆カマスのカラスミ焼き？
たぶん間違えてる、笑
頭からワイルドにガブリと食べれますよ〜。
けっこう寄っててあまり覚えてないかも、笑

冷酒はいつものごとく、辛めでシュッとした感じ！と、訳の分からない注文にも
笑顔で対応してくれて、私の好みぴったりなお酒を出してくれる奥さん流石です、笑

I came up with a number of potential restaurants, and this one seemed the most interesting, so I came here.

I'll omit the details of the restaurant and talk about what I ate that day.
I forgot to take a picture of the menu, so please forgive me for the dish names, haha.

◆Miyazaki chicken grilled with salt
This is my favorite dish at this restaurant.
Order first as some items are sold out.
The meat is juicy and the skin is crispy.
Best grilled and salted.
As I write this, I remember and want to eat it again.
This is the best dish.

◆Simmered golden sea bream head in Japanese soup stock
The head of the golden sea bream is submerged in the extremely gentle Japanese soup stock lol
It has a nice visual appearance, with springs and shiitake mushrooms.
Of course it tastes delicious!
The elegant and delicate dashi soup goes well with golden sea bream♪

◆Assorted sashimi
I always ask for this too.
I think it was goldfish, sakura trout, and kueru.
This is a stable deliciousness.
After all, you can't miss the sashimi here.

◆ Grilled barracuda with mullet roe?

You can eat it from head to toe.
