Nous avons eu un magnifique souper dans un endroit très agréable au 2 eme étage d’un petit immeuble . Le chef nous a concocté un délicieux menu pour notre dernier soir à Osaka . Ce fut vraiment une belle soirée . Tout était délicieux et parfaits . Que de belles saveurs dans la bouche . En Europe , certains restaurants étoilés devraient venir s’inspirer de ce qui se fait au Japon . Merci Chef pour ce beau moment . Et à une prochaine fois j’espère 😍

We had a wonderful dinner in a very pleasant place on the 2nd floor of a small building. The chef created a delicious menu for us for our last evening in Osaka. It was truly a beautiful evening. Everything was delicious and perfect. What beautiful flavors in the mouth. In Europe, certain starred restaurants should draw inspiration from what is done in Japan. お誕生日ディナー🍽️🎂
長堀橋駅近にあるルネさんへ。フランス語で鼻と言う意味らしく鼻からの香りを楽しんでもらうためにつけたそうです。優しめなシェフ1人で切り盛りされて癒されました🫶店内も素敵な雰囲気でワインも豊富です🍷記念日やデートによし、普段使いにもよしです！！

To Rene-san near Nagahoribashi Station. The word "nose" in French means "nose," and it was said to be used to help people enjoy the scent coming from their noses. It was a relaxing experience to be managed by one kind chef 🫶 The store has a nice atmosphere and there is a wide selection of wine 🍷 Great for anniversaries, dates, and everyday use! !

長堀橋駅近くにあるLe Nezさん。美しい前菜盛り合わせに惹かれてずっと行きたかったお店。

店内はスタイリッシュでカウンターメイン。（テーブル席も1席ありました）

ミシュラン店で修行されたシェフが作る美しいお料理の数々に感激。

和歌山県出身だそうで地元食材がふんだんに使われており、オリジナリティを感じました。

Le Nez is located near Nagahoribashi Station. I've always wanted to go to this restaurant because of its beautiful appetizer platter.

The interior of the store is stylish and mainly features a counter. (There was also one table seat)

We were impressed by the many beautiful dishes prepared by chefs trained at Michelin restaurants.

Apparently they are from Wakayama Prefecture, so they use plenty of local ingredients, which gave me a sense of originality.

誕生日前祝いご飯でご馳走に。
一皿、一皿凝っていて、魚介もお野菜も新鮮で、お肉も美味しくて最後まで大満足でした！

以前から行きたかったお店「LE NEZ」さんに、ようやく伺うことができました。

お店の内装や雰囲気はぜひ、行かれた時に体感していただいた方が良いと思うので、ここでは敢えて述べるのを控えさせていただくとして、キャップにビックリしたことだけはお伝えしておかねばなりません。

眼光の鋭いシェフを見た時に、最初は『気難しい方⁈』『堅苦しいお店⁈』な〜んて思ったのですが、蓋を開けてみると真逆であの素敵なお料理にこのシェフありといった具合に優しさ溢れる方でした。

とりわけ、コンソメのスープはエグい（表現が下手でスミマセン）くらい美味しかったです。

ペアリングのワインのチョイスも良かったですし、特に話題に日本酒が上がったので、急遽日本酒を合わせて下さったのも嬉しかったです。

もちろん、次回の予約をさせていただきました。
初めてで、あれだけ気さくにお話くださった出崎シェフとスタッフの吉田さん。
お二方だからこそ、これほどの佳店ができるのだと感じました。

I was finally able to visit ``LE NEZ'', a store that I had wanted to visit for a long time.

I think it's best for you to experience the interior and atmosphere of the store when you visit, so I'll refrain from talking about it here, but I have to say that I was surprised by the cap. No.

When I saw a chef with a sharp eye, my first thoughts were, ``Is he a difficult person?'' ``Is this a formal restaurant?'' But when I opened the lid, it was the exact opposite, and I thought that this chef was responsible for the wonderful cuisine. He was a person full of kindness.

In particular, the consommé soup was so delicious that it was acrid (sorry for the bad expression).

The wine pairing was a good choice, and since sake was a hot topic, I was also happy that they suddenly paired it with sake.

Of course, I have already made a reservation for the next time.
It was my first time and Chef Dezaki and staff member Mr. Yoshida spoke to me in such a friendly manner.
I felt that it was because of the two of you that we were able to create such a beautiful store.
