Had an amazing experience with the hotel stay.
The room is beautifully decorated with a very clean bathroom.
The hot spring provides complimentary ice cream that is excellent.
At night, the hotel would serve free noodles with soft drinks included with it.
It is very near the night street market that is just less than 5 mins walk.
Hotel was very accessible considering that it has a train station near it.
Would come here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the hotel's facilities were impressive, and the staff provided excellent service. They were attentive and friendly, making the check-in and overall stay quite pleasant. However, the quality of the other guests significantly detracted from my experience. For instance, I witnessed some guests entering the hot springs in hotel-provided robes without properly cleaning themselves first(The staff handled it professionally). This lack of consideration greatly affected the ambiance and comfort of the facilities. Furthermore, the breakfast did not meet my expectations, especially given that it supposed to be one of the hotel’s highlight. The taste, quality, and selection were disappointing. Additionally, the chaotic atmosphere created by other guests rushing to grab food made what should have been a highlight of my stay quite underwhelming. We ended up leaving after just 15 minutes. I believe the staff did their best to maintain service quality, but unfortunately, they cannot control the behavior of other guests. Interestingly, I had a similar experience at another hotel within the same group just the day before. As a result, I have decided not to stay at any of their hotels in the future as I don’t want to risk and I am sure there’s many more options at the same tier.

Really enjoyed the traditional vibe here. You have to take off your shoes when come in because of the tatami, so I recommend always wear socks here.

The onsen was perfect, albeit really hot, but absolutely did heaven relieving your body after a long day walking. The breakfast you do have to book ahead with the hotel due to the influx of people, but it was really delicious. Plenty of choices, and my favorite were the beef and the sweet potato mochi. Simply heavenly.

Definitely a place where all age groups will enjoy due to its uniqueness.

Great rooms and service. Loved the tatami floors and low bed (great for toddlers). Unfortunately it was just too crowded at all times to properly use the onsen and eat breakfast. It seemed like a very popular hotel for Korean and Chinese people.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It’s clean and the staffs are also very friendly.

The location is superb! 日本橋 station is only a min away. Moreover, Dotonbori and Kuromon Ichiba Market are within walking distance. There are a 7-11 next to the hotel building and a 24-hour drug store right across the street.

The room we have is comparably spacious. I especially like it’s layout. 2F is the public bathing area. It’s surprisingly clean and very nice.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Highly recommend to people who is visiting Osaka. I’ll definitely come again 👍🏻
