The room was good and I loved how convenient having a mall and train station a few floors down was the only thing was not having a coin laundry and their laundry service was really expensive

We’re still at the hotel.  We’re only here for a weekend.  The location is very nice and it’s close to the river and Osaka Castle.  We asked a favor to get us a taxi and they told us that nothing is available.  I heard all the conversations in Japanese which I can comprehend.  The manager only call one company and the gal who can speak English told us that we should walk to the Main Street to get one!  What a bad service indeed!  I wouldn’t recommend the hotel at all.  I’ve been coming to this country since the 80’s and we got a not so nice front desk!

We had a beautiful view. Our bathroom had a bathtub. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is attached to a shopping centre (and train station, i think) so it is very convenient. It's in a very walkable area

Osaka Castle Staff very helpful and kind. Assisted a fellow guest transporting to hospital and went out of their way and more than expected to assist. Rooms were clean and well presented. Although rooms equipped with only basic amenities availiable, breakfast buffet was consistently fantastic. They do not have an alternative contact I'm able to pass on my thanks to their staff for their assistance, and so will give them a great review in the hopes it reaches the staff. Thanks for accommodating and being so kind to us.
