Absolutely worth all the positive reviews they've been receiving!

Came here 20 minutes prior to opening (on a weekday morning), and was given tea while I waited for the opening.

Was able to be seated right at opening and went with their top three (figured why not) recommendations. Such a good value, came to ¥1750, and was in and out within 35 minutes.

Food was outstanding, and I imagine there is no wrong option on their menu!

Best onigiri I ever had. They are really famous so go there 15 minutes before the opening and you will have secured a queue-free spot.

They have like ten different choice, I tried the egg and minced meat. Everything was so delicious, the onigiri was big but also the filling was generous.

The staff was kind, available and efficient.

Was worth every minute we waited in line for. We waited for just over an hour. The hype is real and the onigiri was delicious. There was something unique about this, the flavours really pop. The spam onigiri topped with bonito flakes was amazing, not thinking it would be good before as it is in intresting combo. The tuna and pickle were also delicious. Waiters were really friendly, with some being able to speak English.

Delicious !! The portion of rice & topping was amazing ! Had bought two different types of rices both are very tasty ! Recommend for first time traveler to eat in, but suggest to come early to eat in cause the queue already long even before it open.

Service staff were friendly and we really enjoyed the soups. As for the rice balls, we ordered two of their top 10 best sellers: no 1 salmon salmon roe and salmon which was bursting with flavors, and no 8. tuna mayo and Shibazuke pickles which was also nice but too little fillings compared to the rice ratio.
