You will need to be lightning-quick to get a reservation since they are usually all gone within 30 seconds of opening up, but it's worth all the hype. Some dishes are worth the visit all by themselves. Taisho has impeccable skills when it comes to pairing not only flavors and ingredients but also TEXTURES. His unique granular salt and almost-frozen tomatoes make for a truly unforgettable experience, turning already wonderful ingredients into truly unique mouthfuls of heaven.

After having a meal, I've started to respect the chef.  He is doing his best to nurture juniors and strives to grow himself.
His sushi is very unique and its ingredients combination makes you feel the best taste itself.
Also, there are a few staffs can speak in Korean and English. It can be an advantage.
I am sure that it is one of the  best sushi restaurant in Osaka.

Amazing experience at sanshin, everyone of the staff was personable and service was perfect. We couldn’t understand Japanese so it was much appreciated that they went out of their way to explain each dish and nigiri. Should be a 3 Michelin star restaurant.
