The room was spacious and cozy with sufficient outlet extensions. Love the old meets new Japanese style interior design. Traditional window screen with Osaka station city view. Perfect location. Walking distance to department stores and transportation. Breakfast was good. Only the space was not wide enough for the crowd for buffet.

Probably the most convenient hotel we stayed at while in Japan! The train station is connected to the hotel so you don't even have to go walk outside. The only funky thing is they "upgraded" our room and it was to a connecting room. You can hear everything from the connecting room, even when they just shift on their mattress. Bed was very comfortable and shower was nice!

Other than the location, might be a bit far from the main attractions in the city, but with the subway connected to the hotel it makes it convenient to get around the city easily. We had an issue at first but the staff made up for it and we would definitely stay here again when we are back in Osaka! Looks like they’re building a second addition too which is right across the street might be worth checking out as well!

The Hotel, especially the rooms are quite aged (bathroom had some mold, and the AC was dusty and there were some hairs on the bedsheets in our executive room and in general the floor didn't seem properly cleaned which we only late in the evening since we were out for the whole day. After calling the concierge he immediately came to the room and checked it. He apologized and offered us another room (upgrade) and was very helpful in solving the issue. In the end the service of this concierge was e,traordinary good. Overall de staff was very friendly and theservice was good. Unfortunatel overall the rooms seem to be aged and show signs of bad behaiving guests and missing refurbishement and are not appropriatel isolated against noise. The hotel is ok for business purpose but not for leisure travel. We would only come back if the rooms would be refurbished. Nevertheless thank you to the hotel staff for the great service and kind treatment.

So my daughter had a very sudden nose bleed that was so bad that the sinks were full of blood and the staff was so helpful. The custodian team cleaned up the blood for us and provided us many towels. The hotel manager (Robert) came into our room to check on us with a ex-medic who worked at the hotel. After that he called an ambulance and they came. Very positive experience with the service. The executive lounge was very nice as well providing good meals. Location is right by the train station along with a subway near by. Amazing view of the city as well. Very convenient to the luxury shopping district. 100% recommend.
