We hold high expectations but feel disappointed. Not worth the price at all. I feel Michelin 1 star can’t be this quality. Appetizers not good, no flavor. Uni quality not good. The only 2 I liked were たまこand アナゴ

Having visited dozens of omakase spots worldwide, this omakase restaurant meets the standards, comparable to top ones in Japan. The Michelin star is well-deserved.

Fresh fish, live shrimp skewered on the spot, and wasabi grated right in front of you. The chef and his wife provide warm, personal service that enhances the experience. Reasonably priced cold Sake.

Honestly, I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from because this place is exceptional.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was our first ever Michelin experience YET it felt like a scam.

I had high hopes for this omakase experience, but it fell far short of expectations. Several things went wrong throughout the meal, starting with the tasteless wasabi. While real wasabi was available, it was left untouched, and what we were served lacked any flavor. The sushi rice didn’t hold together properly, which made it difficult to eat, and the sashimi was thin, short, and far from fresh.

The ingredients used were also disappointing, relying on cheaper options like squid and shrimp. Speaking of shrimp, I had mentioned that my husband has a shrimp allergy, but I don’t. Instead of accommodating that, the shrimp dish was completely removed from both of our omakase menu without any replacement. It felt careless and thoughtless.

There was no garnish on the sushi, which made the presentation feel bland, and when I asked to have a candle added to the dessert to celebrate my husband’s birthday, nothing was done. Not a word or acknowledgment from the staff.

To make things worse, the miso soup was unbearably salty, worse than any instant soup I’ve had, and the matcha had clumps in it—clear evidence that the ratio of powder to water was wrong.

Overall, the lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and use of low-quality ingredients made this a very disappointing dining experience.

I got there on time but guided to a private room and left there to starve to death. Reservation was done thru Omakaseje.in so I paid extra to eat in this restaurant. Not a high-end sushi restaurant and doesn't worth the money. Kyoko(Tamago) was uncooked and I only received 4 sushies and anago, Kyoko then fruits. I thought the chef was joking at the first. This is Michelin 1 star restaurant? I m deeply dissapointed. Everyone was foreigner at the counter. Don't b fooled

Attention to detail is insane. They switched my tea when it got cold. Chutoro was so smooth it almost slipped down my throat. Citrus Yuzu Grilled tachiuo was one of my favorite notes. Amazing Michelle star experience.
