The hotel itself felt quite museum-like with artwork installations displayed throughout the building. I stayed here for 4 nights in a triple room, which included two twin beds and an additional smaller bed. Room was very spacious. We had two large luggage’s, one medium, and one carry on. We had to utilize one of the beds to open our luggage, but still the room felt spacious. It didn’t feel cramped at all with three people.

One of the best parts of this hotel is its unbeatable location—it has direct access to Namba Station, which made getting around incredibly convenient, especially during the colder days. Since it’s connected to the subway, we also had access to Namba Walk, filled with a wide variety of food options and shops. We were even able to reach Dotonbori easily just by walking through Namba Station.

The service was excellent. Every day, we returned to fresh water bottles and clean towels in our room. On our last day, the hotel kindly held our luggage after check-out so we could explore Osaka a bit more before heading out.

The only downside was the luggage forwarding service. The hotel uses a company called Teburakun, but unfortunately, our next hotel only accepted Yamato (Black Cat). We weren’t able to use the forwarding service because of this, which was disappointing since it had been one of the reasons I initially chose this hotel. Brightside, there is a Yamato store that is a 9 minute walk from the hotel.

Great location close to everything. Walking distance to Dotonburi Street and station is downstairs to hotel. 7-11 ATM is close by if you need cash and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants downstairs if you are hungry after walking around all day. Rooms were modern and clean and beautiful view of the city. Loved the European architecture in lobby area and around hotel.

Staff were helpful and sent my sweater I left in room after check out on accident to my next hotel. Laundry service was quick and affordable. Only complaint is that I wished they offer to help you bring luggage up to your room especially it being a 4 star hotel. That gesture will go a long way when it was a battle just to get the luggage to hotel through all the stations or airports.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The price was reasonable, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean. The location here is great, right outside the hotel is an escalator into Namba station. For equivalent prices elsewhere the rooms were pretty spacious here. Great service providing pyjamas which were very comfortable and fit. Would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Osaka. The only downsides were the lack of coin laundry and the inconvenience of two lifts to get to the hotel room but only minor.

Nice hotel. Small rooms, the smallest we've had since arriving in Japan. Very clean & comfortable bed. We're on the 27th floor, very noisy at night. Double glazing would block out a majority of the   noise. I would have thought double glazing would be the norm in a place like Osaka.

Amazing. Best place to stay at least once if you own a Nissan GT-R in my opinion. Great service and amenities. Also in a perfect location next to everything. Can walk to all types of food, shopping, bars and clubs.
