Solid Japanese-Chinese with a twist. Reasonably priced for the quality, but don’t expect top tier ingredients. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The young chef had already been cooking for 15 years.

久々に大好きな魚chinaYoさんにお邪魔しました～！!(^^)!

こちら、グルメが多く集う福島でも、生粋の人気店で食べログ１００名店を何度も受賞、あのタイヤ男からも表彰されてる（ミシュランビブグルマン受賞(笑)）超名店です。

この日は平日ですがほぼ満席に近かったです！

こちらは単品でも頼むことが出来ますが、コース料理がとっても魅力的。

今回頂いたコースは「前菜」「一組で四種類選べるメイン」「ご飯もの」がついて５０００円とリーズナブル！

中華でメインが選べるコースは珍しいから嬉しい！キッチンはオープンスタイルで調理工程を見させて頂けるのも楽しいです☆

今回はメインに
「真鯛の蒸し物　よだれ鶏のソース」
「大海老のマヨネーズ炒め」
「旨辛麻婆豆腐」
「マグロと朝天唐辛子の四川風炒め」
を頂きました！
ご飯ものは通常
「帆立アスパラガス煎りオレンジ風味の炒飯」のみですが、今回は「恩地うどん」さんとコラボした「恩地うどんの冷やし担々麺」の２種類から選んだので、１人づつ選んでシェアしました！

前菜の「鮮魚のカルパッチョ、甘えびの香味炒め、ひいかと豆鼓のマリネ、カボチャのピュレ」からしてフレンチの様な見た目にワクワク！！味も一つ一つが繊細でとっても美味しい。
素材の鮮度は勿論の事、組み合わせのセンスの良さにも脱帽です。

「真鯛の蒸し物　よだれ鶏のソース」はまず、身がプリっプリで美味～！
そしてただの酒蒸しでなく、少しピリ辛のソースがめっちゃ美味しく、最後まで飽きずに美味しくいただけました。
ソースに仕込まれたナッツの食感がまた楽しい！

「大海老のマヨネーズ炒め」はまず海老の大きさにびっくり！
普通の海老の３倍はあると思う！マヨネーズは滑らかでクリーミーで少し酸味が効いてて絶妙に美味しい！
これだけ５００ｍｌは飲める！（カロリー的にそれは危険(笑)）

「旨辛麻婆豆腐」は魚chinaさんのスペシャリティの肉を使わず魚介を使った麻婆豆腐に絡みを加えたもの。
普通の魚介の麻婆豆腐も美味しいのですが、個人的には爽やかな辛みが効いたこちらの方が断然好みでした！！

ミンチは見た目完全にひき肉なのですが、魚なので重くない！！！マーボーソースにも魚介の旨味たっぷりで美味し過ぎました！

「マグロと朝天唐辛子の四川風炒め」
は、、匂いかぐだけでもう辛かった(笑)けど食べたら意外と辛さは控えめ！('ω')ノ
「爽やかな清涼感ある辛み」が絶妙でした。鮪の身はフワフワ！！！予想外のマグロの旨味が活きた美味しい一品でした。

締めの炒飯はオレンジの香りが効いた爽やかな味わいで、全く重くない！！
締めにピッタリな優しい味でした。

炒飯も美味しかったけど、期間限定の麺がめっちゃ美味しかった！
細麺やからお腹一杯でもツルっと食べれるし、ミンチが麻婆にも使われていた魚介ミンチだから軽い！
クリーミーなたれも絶妙でした

うん、少し＋料金がかかったと云え、この質とボリュームで５０００円はお値打ち。。
店員さんの接客も良いし大好きなお店です。

「中華と言えば、こってり！味濃い！胃がもたれる！」という先入観を持たれてる方にこそ是非行って欲しい、

“Stir-fried giant shrimp with mayonnaise” first surprised me with the size of the shrimp!
I think there are three times as much shrimp as regular shrimp! The mayonnaise is smooth, creamy, slightly sour, and absolutely delicious!

``Spicy Mapo Tofu'' is Uochina's specialty mapo tofu that uses seafood instead of meat, with added entanglements.
The regular seafood mapo tofu is also delicious, but I personally prefer this one with its refreshing spiciness! !

こちらのお店、日曜日だけランチ（2000円or3000円）してまして、海老とカシューナッツの甘辛炒めのえびがぷりっぷりで美味しかったです。

店員さんが2人いて、作り手側の方はおそらく接客が苦手なタイプ。
注文を聞くもう1人の方はさくさく動くタイプ。

白子入り麻婆豆腐も美味しく、チャーハンの器が平皿じゃなくて茶碗に盛られて出てきたのが印象的でした。

今日は魚にしChina　Yoを略して【魚China　Yo】だと思ってたのですが、全然違いました(*´ー｀*)

This restaurant only has lunch on Sundays (2000 yen or 3000 yen), and the sweet and spicy stir-fried shrimp with cashew nuts was plump and delicious.
