Absolutely AMAZING! Everyone who works here could not have been kinder or nicer. What a beautiful hotel, with professional and friendly staff. Honestly, it's one of the best hotels I have stayed in. There is so much to write about..... the Bonsai trees dotted around the hotel informing guests of the type of bonsai that it is and also the age, is such a lovely touch and I LOVED this..... The housekeeping was exceptional and the Breakfast food was simply wonderful. If I could give more stars I would. Bravo and thanks, Simon

1st trip to Osaka. Hotel is one of the best Hiltons I’ve ever stayed at.  The view is spectacular and rooms very well appointed and comfortable. What really took a 5 star experience and made it better was the staff.  From the Front Desk Mgr on day 1 providing early check in help to get into my room after a 12 hour flight to the way the GM has his entire staff always looking for ways to help and do it with a smile and sincerity made the trip very memorable. A GREAT experience.  Can’t recommend this property enough. Give it a try.

Our stay at the Conrad Osaka was truly amazing and allowed for us to have a relaxing  time during our recent vacation! To start, the hotel was very much willing to be as accommodating as possible. This included providing an extra bed, booking transport between airports and train stations, as well as booking restaurants. By staying here, we were able to enjoy the holiday without the need to worry about our bookings and transport, since the hotel already had us covered. Additionally, the room was very modern and clean making it a desirable place to stay in regardless of if you plan to be in the room for the whole day or just for sleep. The amazing housekeeping team was also happy to provide a wide selection of hotel amenities and more, as well as provide efficient housekeeping and turn down service on a daily basis during our stay. Something that should also be noted was the fact that the hotel was always very convenient no matter where we were coming from/going to. If we wanted to take a taxi, the hotel staff would always be able to call one over within 5 minutes. The hotel was also located near 2 train stations and multiple bus stops. Overall, if you’re looking for a great place to stay in Osaka without any concern, the Conrad Osaka is definitely the right place!

A stunning hotel with a stunning location and a stunning view. Stayed here for the first time a few weeks back and I really only have good things to say. The staff were extremely nice and helpful and the lobby areas were beautifully crafted and spacious. As a diamond member, I received complimentary breakfast as well as executive lounge access and a room upgrade. Breakfast was very nice with great views. I've noticed at Japanese hotels (even luxury hotels such as Conrad), there isn't the largest selection of food. However there was more than enough for me and I don't think it needed anything else. The executive lounge was very nicely fitted out and had a great selection of food and alcohol throughout the day. Finally, the rooms were fantastic: large, clean, modern, with the wet area being of particular stand-out to me. It had everything you expect from a luxury space. Worth noting that all rooms have a great view because they start on level 33. Overall a great experience and this will definitely be my go-to hotel for Osaka.

Stayed at the Conrad Osaka 3 nights with my son. The staff is absolutely amazing! The location of the hotel is perfect. The views from the lobby, room, executive lounge were awesome. The breakfast buffet was fantastic as was the executive lounge in the evening! I highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed at many Conrad properties around the world and this one is definitely one of my favorites!!
