Saw this place always had a lineup “which is usually a good sign that the food is worth waiting for” since our hotel was close to it.

So we went to check it out.  Lineup went quickly.  I preferred the slice meat but the char siu was yummy too.  Ramen had the perfect chew.  🥚 was perfect.  Service was pretty fast.

I arrived 10 mins before 11 and got seated at 11am. I came here because my Japanese friend recommend it. The ramen was really good, full of flavor with so many ingredients. I also ordered the pork rice as recommended by staff. Both were delicious! You can see how they make the food, clean and professional. Once the food is served you shouldn’t use your phone, because there are other people waiting, just to be aware.

Arrived 10 minutes before it opened on a Saturday, waited for around an hour before it's my turn.

The meat was excellent, like it's melting in my mouth, very impressive! The broth and noodles were fine.

Best ramen I have had so far. It's pretty expensive for a bowl of ramen and you also have to wait for a while to get in, but it's all worth it.
The rice bowl was not my favorite, though.

Best Ramen of my life... I arrived 20mins before opening and was 4th in line and was able to be seated right when it opened. Order from the vending machine inside (worker can help u if needed) you will need cash. Drinks 2 options beer or water (water is at your seat u dont need to order it). Ramen is great (top left button on vending machine) Staff very friendly. There is a bathroom inside to use as well. When we left around 30mins after opening the line outside was about 25 people long. Try to arrive 20mins before it opens.
