We had an incredible stay at Fufu Nikko, the service is excellent, the surroundings are beautiful and the food was outstanding. The hotel rooms are beautiful with every amenity you could need. We loved the complimentary drinks and teppanyaki dinner.

We have to give a special mention to Tomoya Inagawa, his service was excellent and he is a credit to the Fufu hotel. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable.

Only recommendation is to potentially have options for breakfast… while the breakfast was impressive and incredible, it was far too much food and we felt we were wasting it!

The service is incredible and the meals are great! The lounge and the room are really comfy, good music as well. Even though the typhoon is nearby and it rained heavily the day I stayed, there is no regret at all. Really good experience, and looking forward to coming back again and maybe try another ふふ :)

Being branded a small luxury resort, it definitely lives up to that. It is very clean and it is very impressive that despite the suite being mostly carpet, there was absolutely no bad smells. Also the resort is located at a quiet part of town but still very accessible with a bustop right in front.

Transport wise: They have a parking area and there is also a bustop (12.rengeishi蓮華石) at the front of the ryokan so it is great for both pass and non-pass users.

We stayed at the comfort suite and the private onsen can probably fit 2-3 people comfortably.

Service was excellent and is a great example of Japanese hospitality, very considerate and discreet in their consideration. The best way to describe this would be that it felt like they were our staff and that instead of a hotel/resort, we were staying at our privately owned vacation property.

It is difficult to describe this place with words. Our only regret is not staying long enough and we will definitely be back in other seasons.

Do yourself a favour if you come to Nikko, stay here for at least 3 nights. (Worth every penny!!!)

The food and the environment of the hotel were great however the service was EXCELLENT!

We enjoyed our stay at Fufu Nikko and it's very kind of them to mail our lost personal belonging to our stay in Tokyo by express delivery, it's really really helpful!

Thank you Fufu Nikko and looking forward to staying at Fufu soon. ❤️

I loved the level of professionalism and courtesy provided by the staff. From start to finish, I felt like royalty. I also loved the suite itself and the open air bath attached to it. The only thing I didn’t like was the apparent stain on one of the sofas and the spillage stain under one of the chairs on the balcony. It kind of spoiled the pristine image, but I loved the food - the taste and the way it was presented and explained.
