VERY delicious burger and amazing service.  I got the bacon cheeseburger with egg and it really hit the spot.  It tasted absolutely amazing.  They have paper sleeves to put your burger in so it doesn’t get messy, which I’m grateful for because it was a big burger.  The burger also came with hot and crispy fries. After paying at the end, the server opened the door and stood outside to say goodbye as I left - it really made the experience as a whole feel warm and worth coming to.  I left saying Wow with a smile.

I will definitely be coming back again and I’m look forward to it.

We stopped in on a rainy night so it was quiet, but the staff were friendly and it was warm. The food was excellent, kids loved their shakes. The fried chicken is the best I’ve tasted in Japan so far. The burgers were very good, coming from someone who makes and eats a lot of burgers. Heavy pepper - which they state on the menu and they deliver. Super cheese I thought would be a bit of a gimmick but surprised me as it was excellent. Highly recommend if you’re wanting a bit of western food cooked with Japanese excellence.

We came across this restaurant through an Instagram post and had to try it out straight away. It's a cute little restaurant with its own flair. The food was very good. We had the SUPER CHEESE and the DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER. The service was excellent. I can recommend it to everyone.

I'm from the Midwest in the United States and grew up eating a ton of burgers. My burger at Crane blew my mind. I ordered the super burger without knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised! The cheese over the entire burger was wild and delicious. I took three kids with me as well. They loved just a straight forward cheese burger!

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and was extremely happy with it.  It was a nice burger, the patty was more of a smash burger or dinner style burger which I like.  The bacon was nice and crispy, not the thick cut that’s still fatty, so I enjoyed it a lot.  However let lettuce was kind big which is the current trend in Japan burgers.  The chai milkshake I had was very thick and was wonderful.
