Delicious food and beverages. Great service. Relaxing lounge restaurant. Not too expensive. Worth a comeback to try the pancakes we didn't try this time around and maybe another sandwich plate.

A total rip-off. With so many reasonable cafe choices literally within 400 meters offering the same quality the only reason to go here is if you are expensing your food and drink. $12 for an 8oz iced coffee, $10 for a tea, and before you know it we had a bill for $60US for 3 cake slices and 3 non-alcholic drinks. And a $12 'service fee' and then another 10% consumption tax added on top. As soon as I saw the waitress spending 45 seconds straightening a paper napkin she set out for us and rearranging how the fork laid on it I realized what we were in for. Stay away unless you like burning cash. Oh and never pay in anything other than yen, because they will charge a 5% conversion fee to US dollars and not even tell you about it until you discover it later on your receipt.

This was my first visit here and It is located in the Shinagawa Prince Hotel. The cappuccino and Strawberry Shortcake were Delicious I recommend it. I'll have to come back to try some more desserts. Oishi!

So this is a coffee shop in a decent hotel. It is Hawaiin themed, has breads and cakes available and is supposed to carry Kona coffee. Unfortunately, when I went, they were out of Kona, so I went with the blended coffee. For 800 yen for a small cup, I would have preferred coffee from McDonald's, considering how weak and bland it was. For a coffee lounge, the only redeeming item was the cake I had with my coffee. I had the apple chocolate cake, which was pretty good. The outside layer was an apple flavored shell with chocolate in the center. The cake was about 700 yen, which was well worth it. I don't normally pay 1500 yen for cake and coffee and when I do, I like it to beat the places I pay 700 yen. Unfortunately, this place is more location (in a hotel) than substance. Do yourself a favor and find a starbucks nearby, it'll save you from buyers remorse... and I hate Starbucks...

Order the Sakura dessert! Layers of sweet coconut tofu, strawberry gelatin, fresh perfectly ripe strawberries and tiny sweet blueberries topped with whipped cream and candied Sakura blossoms! OMG yum!! Also, the cappuccino is deliciously strong and the fresh cinnamon stirring stick is an elegant touch. At 1,400 ¥ for the dessert and coffee combo, it's a little pricy but the delightful ambience and unmatched quality of the food and drink more than make up for the cost.
