We heard about this place online and saw their Carbonara Udon. I'm not usually big on udon but this place might've changed things for me. The line here is pretty long and the shop isn't too big so be prepared for a wait unless you get there early. We placed our orders while we were in line which made things easier. We ordered the Carbonara Udon, the Kamatama Supreme (butter, eggs, seaweed, and bonito), an Onigiri with Bonito Flakes, and a couple of beers. Everything we had here was as delicious as we expected it to be. Both udons were very rich and creamy. The ham and parmesan cheese on top of the Carbonara gave it a nice saltiness. The onigiri was also really good. Definitely lived up to the hype for me and I really recommend braving the line and trying it.

The udon noodles themselves were absolutely spot-on--springy, chewy, and perfectly textured with every bite. Even though it was a hot day, I couldn't stop eating. Everything felt so balanced and flavorful that I forgot about the weather entirely. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere made me wish I was sitting in a little shop in Japan. Pro tip: Go early--it gets busy fast for a reason! If you think udon isn't your thing, let 麵散 UDON change your mind. You'll leave wishing you were in Japan too.

We completely lucked out coming here towards closing time. We waited about 20 minutes to get seated. The food was stellar. The best thing we ordered was the corn fritters! The carbonara noodles were delicious. The only thing that I wish was different was the meat. I would have wanted bacon instead of the thicker ham piece that was included. The place was super small and quaint. I wished it were bigger to accommodate the crowds that flock to this establishment.

I was going to follow like a sheep and order the carbonara but I ended up following Mina and ordered the Chikutama-ten. This is a cold noodle dish with fish cake tempura and egg. Bomb. I heard someone complain about the price. Are you kidding me. This place is about 1000 yen a person. Food is good and a great value. I've seen complaints about waiting in line but perhaps they fixed it? I arrived close to opening, waited 5 mins to scan this QR code which then put me in a virtual line. I then went shopping for an hour. I went back to the restaurant, showed them my place in virtual line and then got into the short line out front. Someone came out to take our orders while we were in line and 10 mins later, they led us inside. Food was ready shortly after.

I walked by this place randomly, and saw the longest line I've ever seen for an udon restaurant. My passionate curiosity got the best of me, and I came back the next day right when it opened to beat the rush. Much to my chagrin, I arrived 10 minutes before opening, and was still like 17th in line. Nasty work. They hand you a menu in line, so you can pick out what you want and order right away. They turning tables in here. Right when you walk in, you see one of the employees carefully placing the noodles into a bowl with a twirl like motion, which was one of the most aesthetically pleasing things I've ever seen. Bro was an artist. I got a seat at one of the barstools, and it felt like an American diner ambiance, idk. Kinda trippy. I ordered the shrimp tempura udon and a side of beef. While this was a quality meal, it was not worth the wait to me. I honestly don't know why there is such a long line. It was one of the better Udon spots I hit on my trip, but not the best. I still think about this meal often and it's been some time since I had it. The carbonara udon definitely lives up to the hype. I came in with a group of four for dinner on a Sunday for my first meal in Tokyo. All four of us definitely left with a very good impression of the meal. The restaurant is located in a windy alley, but you definitely will not miss it because it is probably the only one with a long line of people waiting outside. But they have such an efficient way of handling the crowd where they take your order while you're waiting in line and mind you this line moves fast...and by the time you are seated, the food is ready for you to enjoy. I definitely recommend this as one of your stops while you make a visit to Tokyo. It was definitely one of my top 4 eats.

SO GOOD! This place blew up on tiktok, so expect the wait to be a little bit on the longer side but it is so worth it!! They take your order while you're in line so once you're seated, everything comes out pretty fast. No additional charge if you want a large (the regular and large are the same size except you get more noodles with the large). The udon was so creamy and flavorful and service was great!! Would definitely come back!!

Was excited to try this place after seeing it on social media for years. We queued in line right at opening & there was already a 1.5-2 hour wait out the door. We shopped around the area & came back at our designated queue time. Overall the service was good. Food came out fairly quick, as we placed our orders in line. I had the carbonara udon & I'd have to say that it was just ok. Definitely not as good as people hyped it up to be. It was very aesthetic though, so I got some cute pictures.

Full disclaimer: Yes there is a wait time! The process is as follows, you line up to get on the wait list, typically they're pretty quick depending how long the line is. It was about a "70min" wait which seemed like a lot, BUT there was so many shops/ treats nearby that the time went by quick! Once you receive the notification, well.... You line up AGAIN to get inside. You order in line so your food is available once you're seated, therefore order EVERYTHING including drinks while in line. As far as the ambiance, it's very warm and welcoming. Now let's get to the good part, the food..... the tempura was so airy that literally felt like I ate a mouth full of delicious air! But the carbonara, it will not disappoint, I enjoy Italian food and this is such a good mix! With everything that's "over hyped", go in with an open mind and zero expectations! The food will literally not disappoint.
